The customer service here is terrible. I wanted a specific toy and the woman at the till, who was looking at the computer rather than me was unfriendly and not helpful. The shop could also do with a good clean.
This shop has been around since the dawn of the dinosaurs. I’m so happy it’s still around and hope it is for many years to come.

A great selection of toys for both boys and girls. My children love going to Toymaster Marple to choose toys as a treat. I like to support local shops and businesses and I am very surprised at the 1 and 2 star reviews. In our experience the toy shop is lovely and my children have a great time picking out their toys.
I had cause to return my Grandson's walkie talkie as it had stopped working. In the event it was a loose connection relating to the battery compartment. The lady in the shop replaced the battery and so we left the shop with a very happy three year old. A big THANK YOU to the lady for her assistance.
I bought several toys for my granddaughter before Christmas and one battery powered toy was faulty. I returned it to the shop today (Dec 29) and even though the assistant was very busy (it was lunchtime), she was very attentive and helpful. We were offered an exchange or credit even though I did not have my receipt and the toy was not in its original packaging. No more ordering online for me. It's Toymaster Marple every time from now on.
