   Never seen her there before I always take cash here to deposit all the ladies usually are fine kind and does their jobs but this morning I went there and the lady called Rahki, told me to put the coins in the bags because ‘she can’t take it like that’ this was never an issue before, I said ‘okay’ then she was going to give me bag to put the coins in then she didn’t. after she counted my cash she said with attitude ‘look at that’ excuse me look at what? I don’t understand why its so hard for people to do their job properly nowadays. If you don’t like your job I advise it to quit Rahki.

   Got to be the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Constant queues, inefficient staff who don’t ever think. Queue of 10 people, 2 staff, 1 is organising the sweets, while there is a queue of 10, so the other staff is just flicking between post office and till. What is the point of having the post office desk if it is open once in a blue moon? The staff aren’t even friendly, it’s pathetic.

   I fully understand the negative reviews given here as, I have found one senior female staff member, to be unwelcoming (to put it mildly). However, I would like to give a huge shout out to Sarah, Jack & Mike who are consistently helpful, cheerful and patient. Come on Morrisons give these three A PAY RISE!!!

   This Post Office is a joke!! They overcharge and then do not provide the service they have charged you for. I have been given a receipt for one postal service but they then gave different (cheaper) instructions to Parcelforce. They are then not willing to resolve the complaint. DO NOT USE

   My daughter came after school confused. She told me that she was in McColls and the female cashier came up to her intentionally and said in strict voice "I am watching you". The only positive thing is that my daughter would go there again to buy sweets. Hope she would not recommend to do it to her friends as well.

   Very rude cashier that had bad breath (even though he was surrounded by gum ) and stared me and my cousin (who are both black) and looked at us suspiciously and while we were going around the shop the woman followed us and nobody else like we are about to steal . The cashier also had ashy hands and rudely told us that the post office wasn’t open and make us look foolish . This shop doesn’t even deserve a star but google is forcing us but I personally think that this shop should have no stars . Please do not visit .Thank You

   Rude people very unpleasant experience.They were quick to kick me out of the store and stared at me coldy like I was trying to shoplift.Rude female and male cashiers .Don't waste your time visiting these wastepeople.Go to sainsburys or Iceland instead.

   Had an extremely unpleasant experience popping into this store. On a Saturday morning you don't expect to be scrutinised by an extremely rude female cashier. She eyed me up suspiciously while i was walking around this small shop and even threw the change on the counter giving me a hard cold stare. I will not be going into this store again after this terrible experience. From a 45-50 year decent female.
