   Avoid this company. They have good offers but their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. I ordered a twin pack (Order #183192 in case someone of the Bier Company is reading this) of their Christmas stuffing. Only 1 arrived. I filled out the form on their website 3 times but never received any response. Called them but there was only a voicemail. Really would like my money back or an adequate replacement. But as no one is responding I think I can write this off.

   Have had a couple of minor issues in the past, but advent calendar experience was dreadful. Ordered 25th Nov paying for next day delivery, arrived damaged 7th Dec. Contact form ignored. 28 phone calls made, all but one either queuing and cutting out or dropping to voicemail, none of which were returned. The one person I was able to speak to agreed it was a poor experience and promised to call back to arrange a refund, but it never happened and chaser emails were ignored. Having been a customer for a long while, myself and my wife are cancelling our subscriptions and won't be using them again. It's a shame, as we like to use Indy UK firms, but whatever has changed, it's not a one off, as previously great reviews have dipped in recent months, with lack of response being a common factor it seems.

   Terrible service from start to finish, don't know where to start with this review! I wouldn't dream of recommending Bier Company to anyone. Quick enough to take your money and promise next day delivery. Waited for 2 weeks, then contacted them they hadn't even sent the order down to warehouse for dispatch, they apologized and then assured me it would be delivered the next day... waited another week and still nothing... Ended up contacting my bank to reverse charge the order, once Bier company got notification of this one of the owners (Tom) emailed to beg me to cancel the reverse charge and beers would be delivered next day! I didn't cancel the reverse charge and I wont be using them again!

   Good reviews on here look surprisingly like marketing wrote them. In my experience, it was terrible customer service, poor delivery and impossible to deal with. Ordered an advent calendar at beginning of November, but it never appeared, so 3+ weeks later requested a refund, and purchased a replacement advent calendar with a competitor. Only after they received the money back request from the Credit Card company, did they then dispatch the item, which we specifically told them not to do as the replacement had already arrived. Delivery Service then left the parcel outside the front door for 12 hours, and now nobody will respond to collect.

   AVOID THIS COMPANY Placed an order for the World Cup box a month ago now, just been lied to the whole time. I just want my money back. EDIT I received my World Cup box today after more than a month waiting. The box is really lovely, just a shame it’s arrived so far into the World Cup to fully enjoy and the company were so awful to deal with as I would have absolutely recommended it.
