   Store itself has some lovely items, for the price there not too bad but u see quite a lot of faulty items not made very well, my niece bought a headband which was broke, I took it back just to exchange for another, none in stock so I asked for a refund, which couldn't be done due to me not taking my sisters card as i didnt think id need it, when I asked how much the item was as it still had the tag on it was only £1.79, so I said could I not just have the cash for such a small amount the manager told me no, the actual amount spent on the whole transaction was £162..well done on your brilliant customer service on not refunded a few poxy pence on a broke item.... Before anyone thinks would u even bother for that much we didnt realise how much it was until there was a problem with not being able to just exchange for another... Poor customer service used here more discretion is needed....

   Have bought two item from this store in the last twelve months and both have needed return due to missing parts , will be returning a lamp tomorrow. Paid 60 for a nice looking floor lamp. On opening it has obviously been open before. Parts were missing, .update , lamp was replaced today …. Same parts missing … I just don’t believe it … added to that I cut my finger on one of the shades … 60 pounds of trash ….dont buy lamps from this store will call for a refund on Saturday

   Two stars for the variety of products. 0 stars for the staff. If the quality of the product fails after 1 time use and clean, this is undisputed return and a full return. Old woman with glasses refused it, then her manager left to check if I definitely bought this item from them. Her last words were: be careful next time lololol. Range, please train your staff better.

   Customer service was fantastic. A lady with ginger hair (wish I had got her name) was amazing. I was looking for particular curtains which she stopped building a table and helped me with. She is a credit to your store. Great customer service which is rare these days!

   Visited the Leigh store today to purchase wallpaper that we were having difficulty finding in other local stores. Leigh shop also had no stock but a very nice assistant on the tills took the time to locate stock at nearby Warrington and Bolton and had them put aside for us to collect so that they had the same batch numbers. Thank you very much Katie for your help.

   I like the range. It has a great range of products. However, a lot of the items are not priced. This is frustrating because you have to find someone who can price the items, which usually takes some time.

   Lovely place to visit ,you just cannot get enough of the varieties of stuff on sale. The queue was not as bad as I thought and there are lots of parking. Everything is well arranged on the shelves. Although well stocked but if you do not know what you are looking for and have no attendant or staff on ground,you will be walking round in circles. Some items are limited though as not enough to select from. Above all, I enjoyed my visit there.

   Slow is just the only word I can think of. Slow tills, slow staff, couldn't recommend if you have anything urgent to do on the same day. Ordering from amazon is probably quicker.

   The Range is well stocked and has a wide range of goods on offer,it also has a garden department where you can purchase some real bargains if you're lucky enough. If you like your hobbies,there is a wide range of material on offer but don't expect it to be like Hobbycraft which specialises in a larger range for specific hobbies. There is plenty of material for children and art crafts for their schooling. There are also a wide range of gifts on both floors from decorating materials to car products and just about everything in between. Upstairs there is a cafe but I can't review this as I haven't eaten there. The toilets are upstairs and the gents were spotless. Well done. There is also a lift and an up and down escalator for prams and wheelchair access.
