   Absolutely dreadful service on the till. Wouldn't serve me with stick on nails as she said they were for my daughter then said I'm not serving you someone else will have to. This was at 19.50ish Friday 14th Nov. The new cashier started to put my shoes and nails through and then the other girl was glaring at her so much so she had to radio through to manager to ensure she could serve me the nails and she said no she couldn't do it. By this point it was ridiculous, the last customers in the shop stood waiting whilst I stood my ground and asked for the manager. The manager wouldn't come down and by 20.05 the manager radioed back and said just serve them. Absolutely ridiculous service look on the cameras you will see the abysmal service and poor conduct your staff has!! Wouldnt scan my loyalty card or take my doscount on a previous sale receipt just wanted to finish and close, Complaint going in with staff names also

   Visited today 1st October between 2 to 2.30 pm . Male member of staff no name tag . Very rude at the checkout didnt fold my clothes more like screwed them up and pushed them towards me. Not a pleasant individual at all. Enough to not want another visit. Sort it out guys

   Great TK Max kept tidy by hard working staff. This shop isn't the usual 'jumble sale' appearance of some TK Max shops. We went in for some cheap glasses, but came out with more than what we went in for.

   Another shopping day at TK Maxx. I am always tempted to buy something.Not a lot of shoes for men's but a nice store to visit, especially when there is sales going on. I will be breezing in from time to time anyway.

   Visited for picture frames but the selection available was very small, so didn't find any I looked. Bought a great Michael Korrs gilet on the way out though so the visit wasn't wasted.

   If you're prepared to spend ages searching through racks & racks of very similar stocks to find that gem, then this is the shop for you and when you find it, be prepared to pay over the odds for it.... whether its designerware or not!! Staff are always very pleasant and helpful though.
