    They steal parcels DONT EVER USE THIS SHOP FOR PARCELS. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL THEY WILL NOT RELEASE MY PARCELS BECAUSE THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 3 DAYS. IVE SHOWED ID AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY ITEMS. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

    This shop is unbelievable bought a vape which cost £10 and as I live in Walthamstow it was a bit of a drive to get there. Got home still had another vape left so didn't use till this morning. Realised it didn't work took it back and was told should of brought it back immediately and that I'd have to buy another one. Customer service has gone out the window with this place!! I would have out zero star but you can't seem to do that appalling

    If i could give less than 1 star i would. This shop is used as a parcel shop. DO NOT USE IT. They have LOST my parcels and the woman behind the counter is sooo rude such and attitude, TERRIBLE customer service, not even an apology sorry miss let me help you with the company nothing. Its a mess there are parcels everywhere stacked all over the place and all over the floor. I hate to think how they store food
