   Selling 'knock-off' Labubu dolls to kids without receipts and then refusing refunds when they realise the faces are sewn on upside down. Flatly refused any form of refund despite it being a clear breach of Consumer Act 2015. Trading standards have been notified. Sharp practice is one thing - but taking pocket money from children for faulty goods is pretty low. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Very much not what you said to my wife, son and then me on the phone though is it? You were very much happy to just flatly refuse a refund to us, with the product in hand, until you saw this go public, eh?

   Owner incredibly helpful and pleasant - helped us out with selecting cigars to pair with whisky ( that we already owned). Didn’t feel like he was trying hard to make a sale and he was very knowledgeable, giving us plenty of background info to make a choice. Would buy from here again.

   Went to collect a parcel, was asked for release code which I had not received, as looking through messages, shop keeper sat on his stool, arms crossed with a smirk. Small thing but poor customer care plus limited stock all available at lower prices via internet, guess where I'll shop in future...
