It was late at night after i have travelled with Southeastern all the way from Coventry. I needed a take away drink and i could not get an opened shop in many streets of Maidstone. I later came across this....my heart relaxed with a tantalising moment.
I was in there recently and fell over in the shop due to leg problems and the kind staff helped me to my feet and made sure I hadn't hurt myself. Very kind of them to do so
I watched from my window as the courier handed the two bottles of wine I had ordered, to a group huddled near a bus stop. He did not attempt to find my building, and my attempts to contact Premier seller came to no avail. They simply do not answer the phone. I had a refund from Deliveroo. I would recommend that under no circumstances do you order or buy from this company, as the delivery people they use are totally inadequate for the job. I still have not been able to contact the company. I believe this to be a scam Whereby they take your money but do not deliver. If I had not seen from my own eyes what took place with my delivery then I would not be so negative in my assessment of this company. Do not order from them. If you do you may not receive your order. From a company point of view they are utterly appalling in their customer service. I repeat again, never ever order from this company.
