   Avoid at all costs. Over promised and what was delivered in the end was poor quality workmanship. Worse, they have zero shame when confronted with pictures of the poor quality work and finish. Criminal waste of good wood. Was a while back now, but seeing other reviews reminded me how ripped off we felt at the time. If I could give them zero stars I would.

   AVOID I tried to buy a bookcase from them, they took my deposit 190 pounds, then kept lying about when it was ready and refuse to return my money AFTER 9 MONTHS.. not far off a scam AVOID

   If I could leave zero stars I would. Over promised and under delivered. Waited ages for what we ordered, then it was wrong and had to be sent back. When we finally got it - many months later, it was wrong again and my husband has had to adapt it. The owner take no responsibility and blames others. AVOID!

   Beautiful piece of furniture. Waited longer than anticipated but spoke to owner and reason was illness and delivery problems. Love the Welsh dresser/display unit that we ordered. We have already got a table and chairs that we bought several years ago

   Absolute fraudsters. I brought over £800 worth of furniture of them which never turned up. When trying to get a refund, all I got was empty promises before the blocked my number. The owner, Paul , should be sent to jail.

   I ordered a bed 8 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. At the time of ordering I was told it would take around 4 weeks to arrive and a max of 6 weeks. I have visitors staying next week and they will need to sleep on the floor as the bed is going to be over a month late. I advised the company of my deadline last week and was promised the bed would be delivered today, however now it seems it wont come until end of next week, however there has been no explanation or apology for the delay. I would not recommend this company. Very poor customer service which will cause me and my visitors a lot of inconvenience and poor night's sleep. If the bed finally arrives at the end of next week it will be five weeks late from the timeline communicated when I ordered it.
