We ordered our daughter a Butterfly bed last year and we were delighted with how beautiful it was. I’ve just purchased the desk to go with it. It’s beyond stunning. My daughter is delighted and we are both so happy with the items. Her bedroom is perfect now!
Little Lucy willow is by far the best company I have dealt with. The quality of the furniture is amazing. We purchased the "Archie children's truckle bed" it has survived all 4 boys and still looks in fabulous condition. We have recently taken down the bed to decorate and lost a few parts, the customer service was the best 7 years ago and still they are amazing today. I will be purchasing again!!
Little Lucy Willow have amazing quality childrens furniture, if your looking for something unique then look no further. There furniture adds a touch of class to any bedroom. We bought a Florence Flutterby bed from Little Lucy Willow and it is excellent quality, beautifully made and exactly matches the picture on the website. I am so pleased, and my daughter could not be more delighted with it! I was also hugely impressed with the service from Little Lucy Willow. Jason very helpfully answered my endless queries (including telling me which Farrow & Ball colour matched their various shades of white, which really helped my decision-making) and listened to my request for a prompt delivery - and on that, he went above and beyond, even stepping in and completing the delivery himself to ensure his original promise was honoured. I highly recommend this company. And I shall not look anywhere else for children's furniture in future.

The bedroom furniture I ordered for my grandkids is of exceptional quality, arrived when the company said it would and dealing with staff at Lucy Willow when I wanted to change something on the order could not have been better. Very courteous, kind and accommodating. I think the look on the kids faces when they saw their new bedroom furniture for the first time said it all, they could not be happier and this is furniture that will last a very long time. We have just received our second lot of children's bedroom furniture from Little Lucy Willow having had a full set of furniture for our eldest son's room a few years ago. As before the quality is exceptional, it's extremely well made and will last for years. The various under bed storage options are a nice touch. The overall service levels from head office and the installation team are also first class. Highly recommend.
I ordered a sofa settee plus chair and 3 mirrors and table lamps on 23rd December. I received an email from the company saying that "For all furniture orders, we shall contact you in approximately 6-7 weeks to make delivery arrangements with you. For all accessory orders we will contact you soon to advise when delivery is intended." However on 17th January I still had no communication with respect to any of the accessories I ordered so I emailed them. I was informed that they were going to contact me but email stayed in Draft folder. Hmm, ok, I decided to let it slide. Partial delivery of sofa and one mirror and table lamps was arranged for 22nd January. The rest I was told will come some time end of February. Not sure why I would want to wait for a chair and mirrors for 2 months but ok, I thought i would let it slide too. The sofa arrived today and would not fit through my very standard bedroom door because its carved as one piece and legs stick out at an angle. I asked the delivery company if they felt taking the bedroom door off would help. They said it would not as legs were placed at an angle and they would still not fit. I told Lucy Willow they will need to take the sofa back. First they tried to blame it on me saying that on the website it says "carved from one piece" and "no assembly required". However that is not the case. Nowhere on the website does it say that. Then they said that "There is no French style mahogany settee on the market that I am aware of that can have unscrew legs" as an explanation as to why I should have known that this sofa was carved from one piece. Now, I don't know about other people , but i don't buy sofas on a regular basis so no, I don't know that the current standard is supposedly to have legs that can't come off and don't fit through standard doors. Then it was agreed that the sofa would be taken back and i would get the refund but they would substract £60. However, then the delivery company knocked on my door telling me they have to leave the sofa on my property as their van is full. Even though their van was half empty. Then Lucy Willow emailed me saying that apparently the delivery company offered to remove my bedroom door to fit in the sofa and I refused! Whilst it was actually the other way around as per above. I have never dealt with anyone as unprofessional and shoddy as this. I am reporting Lucy Willow to trading standards and clearly will not be dealing with them again.
