    Would give a 0 if possible. First and last time I will ever step foot in this shop. I’ve never been made to feel such an inconvenience. Went to collect my yodel parcel for ‘Elaine’ to say I don’t know what to do i only work 4 hours, I’ll have to call someone. She then huffed and puffed, served other customers and really made me feel like I’d done something wrong. Boss man was then put on speaker so I could hear him’ if there’s other customers serve them first’! I too am a customer, you don’t allow parcel collections without making an income do you? I’ve paid for that service with yodel who in turn pay you. My family were stood outside in the cold waiting.After many attempts of trying to talk her through the process he gave up and said just take a photo of customer barcode and parcel and I’ll do it tomorrow. Elaine then said so take a photo of his barcode- I’m a female Elaine, not a male…. Rude and incompetent is what you are

    Yesterday when me and my partner went to get a UPS parcel this shop did it again. And that is, they do not respect their own times of open and closed. At around 10:45Pm, before 11:00 Pm, the shop was closed. I have noticed this with this shop regularly. If I get any deliveries taken there in the future. They will get cancelled cause I don't want to ruin my day dealing with the shop clerks when collecting.

    Extremely dissapointed with their service. I went to collect my package left from UPC to them as they are the collecting centre and kindly asked the seller if he can please give me the package as I am in a big rush to work. He replied and I quote "I really don't care, we are not openet yet". This was at 11.59, one minut earlier before 12:00. I told him this is not nice to say to a customer and he continued to say he does not care. Extremely unprofessional for a business! I will avoid this store at all costs!

    I went into Cellers, to use the UPS drop service (for an Amazon return). I was told by the guy serving, that “if a customer comes in, I’ll need to chuck you to one side to serve them”. If you are offering the service, I would consider myself a customer. I was going to then purchase items from the store however I left after the return had been processed. I found the service to be rather rude.

    Always friendly, great selection of wines, gins other alcoholic drinks and mixers. After a long search found rubicon passion fruit juice in there, for martinis, which I've found hard to source locally!
