I always have a good experience here, the two women who have served me most regularly are brilliant; friendly, helpful and always happy to see me. Had a small problem with a new kit and they sorted it out professionally and happily. I had to return a week or so later with a similar problem and a man who served me was equally as helpful and professional. Great place, I usually drop in after general shopping as the service quality reminds me that this town CAN do customer service which makes you feel valued as a customer. Consistently great!
Felt like buying a new vape today as my old one was very old and worn, I explained to jake exactly what I needed and that I was a smoker currently down from 20 to two cigerette a day, trying to quit completely and he offered me the eleaf isolo air, much better than the polaris I had, better flavour, overall great device stood in the shop talking to jake for a good 10-15 minutes, I must jake knows his stuff and is a great asset to your store, I love the vape I have Alot better than my old one.
