   Lots of promises, lots of delays. Ordered furnature in june, delayed until september. It was delivered in unsafe condition so we refused it, lies about repaisrs from ScS, second delivery no repair sent back. ScS forged my wife's signature on a report attempted third delivery still wrong. Spoke to a lady in the store promised action by wednesday, still nothing on friday. So now i'm drafting up a letter before action. Do yourself a favour and buy litteraly anywhere els. EDIT: in regards the social media teams response, that number is never answered, i've called it multiple times.

   From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the store felt. It has such a welcoming atmosphere, clean, fresh, and with a really nice scent that makes you feel comfortable straight away. Everything is beautifully displayed and easy to look through, which makes browsing so enjoyable. Kate was absolutely excellent from start to finish. She greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She explained everything clearly, gave honest advice, and made sure I found exactly what suited me best. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. It’s not often you walk into a shop and instantly feel at ease, but this store has that kind of charm. Thank you to Kate and the team for such a lovely experience . I’ll definitely be recommending ScS Aintree to friends and family!

   Awesome experience at the store. They delivered it on time. It's super comfy and the quality is top-notch. I've bought two sofas from them, and both times they deserve a 5/5. I don't get why there are so many negative comments. So, people like me should remember to leave honest reviews to be fair and keep a good company like SCS around.

   Worst shop I've ever been in. Nightmare from start to finish. After sales service is a joke. I emailed them and they didn't even bother to reply so emailed them again saying I wanted to raise a formal complaint and they still didn't reply. Once they get your money they're not interested.

   Had fully expected to go and leave pretty quickly, just ticking it off the list to make sure we had covered all bases. Greeted on arrival, which sounds normal but sadly was a surprise. All staff very friendly but I have to mention Anne Marie who was exceptional in her caring attitude to my elderly mother, friendly, not pushy but instead informative and helpful. Left with a sofa booked. A realistic delivery date given and our spirits high!

   Excellent service from the beginning. We were served by Katie in store who was absolutely brilliant, sorted our order out with no problems. We received our sofas today from two of the best delivery guys EVER! Mark W and George G these guys hauled our two 3seater Montys up 4 flights of stairs without any complaints, had a few giggles with them both. We cannot fault SCS or the service provided 10/10 from us.

   Absolute joke waited months for my items came yesterday with 2 different items that did not match. Not heard a thing to rectify my problem got 1 settee for whole family. Will never use this company again fuming. Absolute joke update day 9 still no correspondence from scs unless I phone myself. Been told on 3 occasions it will be sorted but low and behold nothing not even a phone call. All we want is a refund which we are entitled to. Someone best sort this soon.

   We visited the store again today. We had a look a few months ago to browse. We were served both times by Katie who was so friendly and upbeat. She made us feel comfortable but did not push anything just explained all info well and we made our decision to buy. She definitely deserves a mention as she is a credit to your store for her customer service and friendliness . Can’t wait for our sofa to arrive now. Thanks
