   Aintree Store: Deceit and Neglect. We bought two items, and each has its own story. The smaller item, a coffee table that they hid from us that it wasn’t a Natuzzi product, and because it had just arrived without a price tag, they inflated the price before offering us a "discount." The bigger item, a dining table that we loved, has a layer of glass attached to a stone surface. When it arrived, there was dust trapped between the glass and the stone—not just in one spot, but all over the table. We contacted them repeatedly, but they ignored us. The store only responded after we disputed the issue through the credit card company. Now, after four months, a technician is finally scheduled to inspect the dining table at the end of this month. And all of this happened even though we purchased the warranty they offered us!

   Worst store ever. We were sold a damaged sofa in late February and are still waiting for refund ! Customer services are very poor and even though a technician has confirmed that the sofa is damaged,we are still waiting. I think a decent store manager would have at least intervened and sorted this out. Customer services are appalling but we will be taking legal action. DO NOT BUY FROM AINTREE STORE.

   PLEASE AVOID NATUZZI - we Spent 3 Thousand pound at the Aintree branch and they sent us the WRONG PRODUCT - there was no support from the branch and we were made to feel it was our fault because it was hand made in Italy. Very much the approach we have your money now we don’t care. We still don’t have the correct product and we have NEVER been able to contact customer services not sure they exist, as the staff in shop can’t do anything to help.

   Staff at Natuzzi Aintree are very pleasant, patient and helpful, no pressure selling. The quality of the furniture appears really good and well built. Morgan was most helpful, arranged for us to take delivery when we required it and also gave us the name of a company (J. Robinson & Co) that would both deliver and remove old furniture at the same time. Everything went exactly as arranged. Big thank you to Morgan and the Aintree store and the delivery company.
