   I'm very satisfied with the service from Dreams. I wanted to have my old mattress recycled so they offered that service. The workers used shoe covers to keep my floors clean. They were quick, efficient and very polite. I'm following the instructions to turn the mattress. I find it very comfortable.

   I purchased a mattress from Dream Shop and was told at the time of sale that I would receive two pillows as part of the offer. Unfortunately, the pillows were never delivered, despite multiple reminders. This is very disappointing and reflects poorly on the company’s customer service and integrity. If a promotion is promised during purchase, the business is responsible for honoring it without the customer having to chase after it. I expect Dream Shop to fulfill their commitment and send me the two pillows that were part of the deal. Until then, I cannot recommend them to others.
