“Today we visited just about every sofa store across the North West, including other SCS branches, and honestly felt like we were getting nowhere. On our way home, we decided to try one last stop SCS Speke and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly hello from Lisa who instantly made us feel welcome. There were no pushy sales tactics, no pressure just genuine kindness and a calm, helpful approach. Lisa took the time to show us a wide range of sofas and really listened to what we were looking for. In the end, we chose the Orton sofa with a matching stool and it was purely down to the relaxed and pleasant experience Lisa created. Completing the order with Liz was just as lovely, she was friendly, genuine, and made everything seamless. It’s rare these days to walk into a store and feel like you’re speaking to people who genuinely care rather than just trying to close a sale.
