Awful place, do not buy your sofa here. We purchased our sofa in October for delivery at Christmas, this did not happen and we were told it would be the 2nd week of January. Itβs not looking like it will be in February. We were also told weβd get 5% compensation for the delay to then receive an email saying actually only Β£50 - as if we werenβt annoyed enough! We will never be shopping at sofology again and advise everyone else not to bother. Iβd give a 0 if I could.

Firstly the product is fine no issues. Not ordered from this store but paid balance and left special notes with assistant for delivery team. A sense of i dont care and huffing from management when you call with things that should have happened as per delivery notes given in store and then drivers saying they don't have any notes. Rang speke store and told them and was given oh you have to log with customer service and sometimes we use agency drivers. Sounded uninterested. Thankfully the drivers I got were understanding so this is mostly a lack of comms between store and drivers but manager was like , what do you want me to do?! Second order I've placed with Sofology and Second time drivers had no notes/delivery instructions. I explained that I am an hour away from property in store and could drivers call me 1 hour prior, in store they made notes and never said it wouldn't be an issue. The drivers called me 20 mins for arrival but turned up 10 mins after call. When you take logistics into account I understand this might not always happen but after calling store the manager said they only usually call 30 mins before arrival. If this is the case shouldn't all staff tell customers this is the case so we can make arrangements. I had to drop what I was doing and get a taxi at extra cost to get there promptly. Like I said, Second time this has happened.

I bought a sofa and armchair here 4 weeks ago. It was a sale offer. I was informed that I could make changes within 48 hours. When I got home it turned out that the sofa was too big and would not fit in the living room. I called the store to cancel the order and get a refund. However, I was informed that even if I had 48 hours to make a change, I could not return it. It was the first time I bought furniture so I did not see that I could not return it. I missed that I was not informed about this in the store when I bought it, that I would not be able to change my mind and return it. I also bought an additional Care Kid for Β£39. I was told it would come with the sofa. However, when the sofa arrived, there was no Care Kid. The driver said I should call the store. I called the store and the store said I should contact support. I contacted support. They said they were sorry and would be with me in 10 days. 12 days later I contacted support again. They told me it was out of stock and would be with me in 10-14 days. When I asked to cancel the order and refund the Β£39, I was told that this was not an option at the moment. Because I have to give them time to deliver, which takes another 10-14 days, so 12 days is not enough time for delivery. They need 24 days to deliver the Care Kid. I understand the delay and other circumstances but I would expect some compensation or at least better communication. I paid few hundreds pounds. So in general I advise you to think carefully about whether and what you buy. you may have a problem later when you want to return.

Went looking for a suite, visited sofology after people had recommended it to us, didn't end up buying today but the range they have is excellent, some really nice stuff , highly recommend

Worst quality sofa I have ever purchased and no after sales care. Lasted less than 2 years. Would never buy from sofology again. Thank you for taking time to respond, I have already contacted customer services and an engineer has visited and identified the repairs needed. Unfortunately the repairs will not be completed as the warranty is not valid for repair to a broken frame, saggy cushions or zip.

Great customer service 2nd to none , we got a brilliant sofa set which was very reasonably priced . Delivery guys arrived early and were very nice guys ( George 427 Pete 626 ) and u couldn't ask for a pair of more helpful guys . I would defo shop here again .

Staff were very helpful and we came away happy Unfortunately I spoke to soon Although the staff are lovely to you in store they totally ignore you when you've left Waited in all day for a chair that never came They rang in the morning but I missed the call and they didn't leave a voicemail Tried ringing all day but they don't pick up the phone Cancelled my order in the end

Donβt buy from this company. Waited 5 months for a sofa now and zero updates along the way, delivery date constantly pushed ahead too. 2-3 hour waits to get through to an advisor just to be told a false promise. In store staff are friendly but can offer no help once ordered.
