    Shocking company please do not waste your money and use a professional company these actually have a Facebook page regarding how shocking these are. Have left my family with no furniture due to poor delivery service non existent complaint process and genuinely don’t care once they have your money. Over 15 weeks we have been waiting then due to the delivery not turning up have been left with no furniture. Check the reviews for yourselves. DO NOT BUY FROM SCS

    Dreadful customer service. The delivery men scratched my flooring despite me asking twice to lift the sofa up and not drag it. Made a complaint and the customer services couldn't be less interested. Total disdain for the damage. Very short shrift and couldn't care less. I then complained about the customer service and got the same abrasive brush off. Worst customer service I've ever encountered in 50 years. Would never shop there again or advise anyone to.

    Intended to buy the ex display item. Said Β£1095 for a set of 3 sofas. Then sales said there is no stock in the branch I visited. Another branch has stock but price goes up to Β£1395. They claimed that they can offer Β£1295 as I saw the Β£1095 price tag. But then when I decided to go for it, the staff said one of the three items of that set has no stock - the set of 2 items is priced at Β£945. If dfs thought the price is too cheap for the display item, just don’t show this price tag to the customer. The set comprises of 3 display items and not to be sold separately. How come there is no stock for one of the display items but still have stock for the remaining two items? Dfs is fooling customers around. Would give 0 star if i could. Terrible experience. Avoid this awful company

    Very disappointed!!! I place my order on 5th of November, was a display sofa. The guy who serve us said that the delivery will be on the first week of December, he really promises that! Is nearly Christmas and I'm still waiting my sofa. I tried to contact the store but they only have the automatic voice, which don't let me talk with a real person. If I track my order it said ' do not worry, your order will be delivery soon'. No date , nothing at all. I have people over Christmas and I don't know where let them sit!

    When the delivery was done, they scratch the new Β£1000 composite door and the living room door. The eazyglides are really small, not worth buying. The so-called treatment to the couch that was sold to us saying that if we are going to spill any liquid on couch, instead of getting absorbed, is going to form little drops. Or something like that. And I pourd a little water to see how it is and get absorbed instantly just like a sponge. The couch is comfortable and looks great. It's too bad that the services are so poor.

    The 5 star review is for the Speke Manager, Tony ***** and NOT for DFS. After dealing with the Doncaster HQ and having the worst after sales experience ever, Tony the Speke Manager stepped in and saved the day. It took HQ a month to try and locate my furniture, fobbed off with different excuses and some fibs to make any liar proud all to no avail. In steps Tony and true to his word, furniture located, delivered and installed in 4 days. What a credit to an otherwise incompetent company. Doncaster HQ should take note! Thank you Tony. Also, the 2 guys who delivered, installed and took away the packaging are also a credit - pair of great guys. Would I buy online again? Not a chance. Would I pay cash up front again? No. But, I would definitely go to buy in store at Speke. Again, thank you Tony.
