   Ordered small rod for grandson to get him into fishing, first one never arrived and finally got one although lost discount as this was vlassed as my second order, took my grandson fishing and opened the rod to set him up and the mechanism to seat the reel was all split, had to fish with tie wraps holding the reel on...Great on a new rod. Will not use this company again. Terrible customer service over the first rod that never arrived.

   Not at all impressed. Looked on line for a new fishing chair. Check out the web site. 3 new types of trakker seats. I thought its only a few miles away. Why not check them out. Wrong. I should have phoned. No new stuff in there. I was told. We havent recieved them yet. So do yourselfs a favour phone and check whether they've got anything in.

   Popped in last sunday...what a fantastic shop!,stuffed with everything you could need..just wanted to get back into coarse fishing after a long lay off and was helped by Mark who helped me sort out everything I needed...got some great kit...cant wait to get on the bank now...A big thank you to Mark for your patience and help....appreciated mate...I will be back!
