Very happy with the bed and service we received. Bed itself ( Cameo Supreme Mid Sleeper With Stairs In Oak ) looks very sturdy and we had no problem with putting it together, instructions were clear. Great communication with seller - from ordering, to organising delivery, delivering and carrying it into house to after care , all went smoothly. One of the wheels was loose ( manufacturing error I guess )and wasn't holding, issue resolved quickly and replacement has been sent out right away. Overall brilliant experience with this company, definitely will buy again in the future. I would highly recommend them for your furniture purchase.
I ordered a triple bunk bed for my daughter and a captain double for me. We are very happy with our new beds and also with the quality. These are strong beds and I can see the triple bunk lasting well throughout the years. The service from start to finish was superb and it was great to communicate to a genuine human team on the phone, also the delivery guy. We are happy customers. Drove up to see the bed i wanted, bloke in the showroom was brilliant and polite. He showed me the options i had, and even gave me an alternative option, with mattress's which worked even better. Beds arrived following morning ( i drove up from Basingstoke to Ellesmere Port) and delivered to my flat. Was easy with 2 people to put together. Strong sturdy beds, and decent mattress's too i would reccommend this place 100%

We decided to order it after a friend’s recommendation, and we’re so glad we did. The service was great from start to finish, and most importantly, the kids are absolutely thrilled with it. Excellent service. Delivery within a week of order. Delivery time communicated clearly and delivery made exactly as expected. Delivery men were polite and courteous delivered to the room with care. All delivered as expected with no damage. Instructions to build were clear and the end result exactly as we hoped for. We have a very happy little boy in his brand new bunk bed.

We bought the white supersonic double bunk with a pocket sprung mattress for the top single bunk. It's brilliant. My boy loves it and the bottom bunkales a great 'reading cave'. It's is solid and sturdy and we're sure it'll last for years to come. The delivery guys were great after a long drive to London from Liverpool and it was easy enough to assemble. Great service. I am a little late leaving a review but I was extremely impressed with this company. Firstly I made a mistake on my order and when I called they answered immediately (this was right in the middle of the pandemic when you couldn't get hold of anyone!) they changed my mistake, we received an email shortly with delivery details. Delivery was really quick, once again great during a tough time. They arrived exactly when they promised. The bed was well packaged with easy to follow instructions. We are so happy with our daughters bed, it is beautiful and so solid and well made. Would definitely recommend!
