I've recently had wardrobes fitted to a dressing room. l can't thank Mike, Sue and the fitting team enough for their help and advice, friendly professional service and for going the extra mile to get them fitted for me in a very short timescale. The end result far exceeds my expectations. Excellent quality and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
A few years ago they did a bedroom for us. Finished bedroom looked fine, but looking closer there was a hole in the side of the wardrobe which was visible, so we contacted the company they came out and had a look and said it would be too big of a job to replace the whole side so they filled it in. This still stood out, not a good job at all The wraps on the wardrobe doors started peeling. Really not impressed with this company.
From start to finish the experience of buying from Profit was a very pleasant one. Gary the designer was brilliant, he worked to match our wants and needs, making some great suggestions along the way. Sue in the showroom was extremely friendly and helpful. Adam and George who installed the robes and chests were again very friendly and went out of our way to make sure we were happy with everything they were doing and making sure everything inside the wardrobes was exactly to our requirements. As you would guess from my comments I would definitely recommend Profit if you are looking for fitted bedroom furniture. By the way, the price was exceptionally good value and the storage space is amazing.
Had pro fit come to fit some new wardrobes in two of my bedrooms. I can’t speak highly enough for this company. Professional, brilliant communication & very reasonably priced compared to some of the quotes we got. They came out within the week to measure & provide a quote. Wardrobes fitted the following month. Excellent quality & exactly what we asked for. Came when they said they would, left the room spotless when finished. Came recommended by a friend & I can see why. From our initial meeting with Sue in the office (who was friendly and helpful), to meeting Gary to discuss our requirements and then the amazing work of Adam and George, we couldn't be happier with the all round service provided. Adam and George were punctual, reliable and hardworking and nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked methodically and tirelessly to get the job done and the end result exceeded all our expectations. Negative reviews really worry you when using a new company, so I want to share my positive experience of Pro Fit recently. When I read some of the negative reviews it really worried me and to be honest I nearly changed my mind on using Pro Fit. But Mike one of the bosses put my mind at rest due to his honesty and great customer focus. I am so glad I continued with them. I am very pleased with the fitted sliding wardrobes that Mike and his team designed and fitted for us. It was a big job but his fitters came in and completed it in 1 day! The materials so far seem to be of good quality. All through the process I had no problem in getting a response from the office or the bosses. They provided a competitive quote, quality products and in my opinion excellent customer service. Mike and Adam were brilliant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Even when I asked for extra shelves. I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.
Be very careful if you use this company. We recently had wardrobes fitted in 2 bedrooms, and during the quoting stage we discussed how we would be getting a combi boiler installed to allow for more space in one of the bedrooms, once the water tank had been removed. They specifically designed the wardrobe to accommodate this. They said they would come back to board out the section of the wardrobe once the tank from the old boiler was removed and this would be included in the price. Not long after the initial fitting, we contacted pro-fit to advise we were ready to have the outstanding section of the wardrobe boarded out. This was acknowledged, but then the fitter who did the original quote denied all knowledge of quoting for this and wanted to charge more. I've been left to board out the remaining section they have neglected. To summarize, they are very expensive and didn't even complete the job that they said they would do..... Believe they have started kitchen fitting, and theirs absolutely no way I will be inviting them to quote.

Recently had mine and my son's room fitted after them being partitioned and our rooms wouldn't simply be able to function without them.
Do not use this company. We had high gloss wardrobes fitted and they started to fall apart after 2 years. We were told by the women in the show room that it was not a problem as there was a 5 year guarantee. We were also told the same by the owner. After 6 months of chasing we were told it was a manufacturing fault, which was handy for them, and there was only a 12 months guarantee. The owner then tried to back track and said he didn't tell us there was a 5 year guarantee, which also meant the women in the shop lied as well. They should definitely make sure their manufacturers are decent, they charge enough. We are now having to replace the wardrobes and bedside cabinet at further cost to us because they will not do anything. Please do not be taken in by these people
