Nice helpful staff. Decent prices. 2 day wait but no biggie. Delivery drivers were sound and didn't moan too much about the stairs. Delivered the new matress and took my old matress away within 3 minutes. Would recommend.
Called in on Saturday. Greeted by friendly staff straight away. Great selection of beds and many many options. Staff very knowledgeable and a credit to the store. Placed our order and now await delivery (which is very quick actually). A pleasure to support a local company. Highly recommend!!
Went to the Bed Factory shop with my sister who was looking to purchase a bed. She was seen to by Samantha who was so helpful without the pressure and very friendly lady. My sister came away purchasing a high end so comfortable bed. Samantha checked stock and there was one in the warehouse. She said she would call my sister later to make sure it was still available rather than her having to wait. She rang later in the day to inform it was. Delivery was also confirmed. Lovely helpful and friendly service and highly recommended.
Really helpful staff. Sam in particular helped us chose a bed suitable for my friend, who isn't well so choosing a bed was important to her. When she felt unwell at the store, Sam and the other shop assistant (Dave? I'm sorry I don't remember his name) could not have been more sympathetic. Great customer service
At time of sale Dave the salesman was excellent. However on the day of delivery it was a different matter. We were informed that our bed would arrive at our home between 1551and1721.We received another text at 1505 informing us that delivery would be at 1606. In fact the van was already outside the house.As we were out the bed was left in our neighbours garage and not in our bedroom as previously agreed.
