Still waiting for a refund Promised to supply and install from start to finish. Start date got changed then nothing. Cancelled the kitchen but still waiting for a refund. Company stating they were going to have to sell the kitchen they never actually ordered. Shame there isn’t a minus star rating.
Even though I only have a small kitchen I was still surprised at how reasonable the cost was to get a proper german kitchen.
The kitchen was got is great and was more than reasonable. Fitting was very quick and although we had to wait a few weeks for one of the appliances it was during covid and we had far longer delays with the bathroom we had done via another firm so on the whole a great service
Bought Schuller Kitchen designed by them & we have many regrets. The designer appeared okay but was later on blamed by the fitter for so many issues that I am no longer sure. They ended up ordering wrong appliances (colour, model) which were delivered directly to our house. They did sort out but we could have done without that unnecessary stress. The set of drawers under the hob were not the ones we had chosen (incorrect depth which we were forced to accept) & it became apparent after installation that the top drawer wouldn’t open. It took lots of negotiation with them to arrive at a compromise solution. But the worst was the installation. There was minimal to zero coordination between the joiner, electrician & the gas engineer. Everyone blamed someone else including the designer. We had to change the position of the washing machine in the utility room as it was being fitted because according to the joiner it was impossible to install it in the position that the designer had drawn. The electrician couldn’t get there on time so they went ahead anyway & now some of our appliances are connected to an extension lead on the floor behind the plinth!!!
Was told it would take 10 days to install the German kitchen. It took 10 months before this disorganised company saw fit to finish the kitchen completely. This included loads of hassle. If any cupboard or door is the wrong size you have to wait for this company to haggle over whose fault it is with Schuler, then you have to wait an age for a replacement. In the beginning I was totally in awe of this company, till I handed over my money. Be warned -stay clear.
Our kitchen was completely remodelled from three rooms into a large family room with a Schuller units kitchen and Bi-fold doors opening onto the rear garden. The kitchen is fabulous, completely transforming the room. The quality of the kitchen and workmanship are first rate.
