   We recently had a new kitchen installed by Kitchen Creations and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the planning was excellent — every detail was carefully thought out and tailored to our needs, making the process smooth and stress-free. Kieren, our project manager, was fantastic throughout. He was organised, approachable, and ensured everything ran like clockwork. Communication was top-notch — quick responses to any questions or changes made a big difference. The workmanship from Chris and the team was outstanding. They were professional, highly skilled, and clearly took great pride in their work. The quality and finish of the kitchen exceeded our expectations. It was truly a pleasure to deal with Kitchen Creations. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

   Extremely patient when helping us with the design of the kitchen as we went through numerous iterations refining what was right for us. Their experience and help in getting to the end design was invaluable. We used our own electrician, but we used ability kitchens installer and plumber. They were both excellent. The installer's attention to detail and perfection in his finish was first class and the high quality and skill of his work was commented on by our own electrician. The plumber also extremely skilled found preexisting issues fixing them in his stride. Really pleased with the finish and quality of the kitchen. Would highly recommend Ability Kitchens Saltney.

   Decided to use a local company rather than the usual big names and it was the perfect decision for us. We did the design side of things at the show room and with a few helpful suggestions from the designer (Matthew). Each step of the process was explained thoroughly and we now have the kitchen of our dreams. One of the most comforting things was that any issues that are fitter came across were resolved within a day and sometimes on the day as the warehouse was local. I woke whole heartedly recommend Kitchen Creations to my family and friends.

The quality of the kitchen is so much better than the premium range we were going to get from Wren and we couldn’t be happier with our final kitchen!

   Really pleased with our lovely new kitchen. Design is spot on. We had a full timetable of works so we knew which fitters to expect and when, one thing over ran so they even worked Sunday to keep to schedule. We have used Kitchen Creations about 18 years ago in our last house and can honestly say they have gone from strength to strength. Highly recommend.

   We throughly recommend Kitchen Creations by Ability. Kieren Gallacher worked so hard to come up with a design which perfectly matched what we wanted. Every detail was thought of, and the build quality is very good. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen! Massive thanks to Kieren and to Sean who also put in so much effort to make things happen smoothly for us. Kieren was also able to provide us with fantastic fitters who worked so hard to make everything fit beautifully. Then the quartz worktops top it off!

   This company was recommended to us by a work colleague, and I have to say they didn't disappoint. We'd been to another company first and after 3 weeks were given a rough price guide and no plans, so we looked elsewhere and came to Ability. What a fantastic decision! From the first visit we were impressed. Kieren was fantastic from the outset, listening to what we wanted, then suggesting things we hadn't thought about. We received a plan and detailed costings within two days of our visit, and from then on it was so easy! Ian (kitchen fitter) and Kieren came out to check measure and discuss any potential issues prior to fitting, and Ian took great care when fitting the kitchen, and it is stunning! We couldn't be happier. The quality is brilliant, and yes, we could've gone elsewhere and paid less, but it was worth every penny and the customer service is excellent!

   This is an excellent company who take attention to detail and customer service to heart. From design through to installation and beyond, they excel. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and the performance of the entire team that visited us. That they make their own cupboards and cabinets enables them to control quality, which is exceptional, and make them to whatever size you need. It's nice to find a company who works so hard to put the customer first and exceed your expectations. I would unreservedly recommend them.
