   From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. First Julie and then Laura demonstrated creativity and attention to detail, delivering a kitchen layout that is both stylish and functional. The quality of all the products from worktops to hob are excellent. What truly stands out though was the level of service. Laura, Ryan and the team are friendly, approachable and professional. Communication was clear and they took time to understand what we wanted. Installation was seamless with outstanding craftsmanship and care. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a stress free experience with stunning results.

   Below is our review of our lovely new De Novo kitchen. Since then we asked if De Novo could install a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. They certainly could, and now, under the new ownership of Laura and Ryan, they designed and fitted our bedroom furniture to the highest of standards. Loads of consultation, loads of help....all amazing. Thanks Laura and Ryan. Same exacting standards and attention to detail and brilliant service as before and terrific value... Five stars sums it up perfectly. Our new kitchen by De Novo has just been completed, and we couldn't be more happy. We weren't the easiest of clients as we kept changing our minds and re-budgeting, but Julie did an amazing job of guiding us through the whole process of design, and dealing with our changes with professionalism, equanimity and a smile. She really could not have been more helpful. Rick and his team also did a wonderful job in the fitting-out. All on time, in budget, and finished to the highest standard others have mentioned. We did consider and talk to bigger national companies at the beginning but De Novo not only gave us much better quality but also came in cheaper. Incredible. How do they do it? We shall miss our almost daily chats to Julie, and wish her, Rick and all the team the very best for the future. A big thank you.

   Wonderful service from Julie and Rick from start to finish. They oversaw the whole project and installed our dream kitchen in less than a month, awesome considering the old kitchen was completely stripped out and a whole new one fitted including flooring, appliances, electrics etc. Excellent suggestions to help us design the kitchen and the finish and workmanship was second to none. A bespoke media unit makes the whole room and we have a fantastic stylish and welcoming hub to our home. We would definitely recommend De Novo Kitchens to anyone thinking of having a new kitchen, nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail is amazing.

   Incredible. From design to instalation this company are beyond fantastic. They designed and installed our kitchen, managing the project from start to finish, including plasters, plumbers and electricians. Their work is superb. Julie is brilliant to work with, her designs are detailed, extremely intuitive and makes great use of your space including things you wont think of. Rick is fantastic, his kitchen instalation work is exceptional getting all the details perfect. They are both great to work with and it was an utter pleasure working with them.    We should have given this feedback on the design and installation of our new kitchen sooner, but the run up to Christmas left no slack!! However, the fact that we didn’t has left time for an after-burn evaluation and the more we use our new kitchen the more we like it and so pleased that we bit the bullet and had the kitchen in our new house, which in fact was less than 5 years old, assigned to the skip! We worked with Julie to perfect the design and she was painstakingly patient with us and we reached the goal of the perfect design to fit an unconventional shape kitchen. We must give much credit here to Rick and Martyn whose craftsmanship enabled the units to fit like a glove- no mean feat with the strange angles they had to cope with. Indeed we must give give credit to the entire team who worked tirelessly to ensure the kitchen matched our expectations. The team which also included Chris and Ross ( fantastic electricians) Hayden ( plumber) Mark & son ( plaster) were all wonderful professionals and might I say, house guests. - would recommend all highly. Our grateful thanks to all. We have no hesitation in recommending the DeNovo team.

Julie and Rick made what can be a very stressful time into a pleasant experience.
