   Wow! I would definitely recommend wren. I recently ordered new wardrobes, the service I received was first class. Sharon was very professional with me but also very friendly. I was treated to coffee and a biscuit while I just sat there and watched my wardrobes develop on screen. Looking forward to going back when I order a new kitchen. Thanks to the team too

   Our experience couldn’t have been better picking a new kitchen. Danny gave us his complete attention and help for the whole appointment. He was the perfect balance of offering suggestions and helpful advice while allowing us to make our own choices. Nothing was too much trouble. We thought the price quoted was fair and competitive compared with other companies we had considered. But the service was unbeatable and we look forward to using Wren for our other rooms to renovate.    Cannot recommend Casey highly enough. After visiting two other venues that rhyme with Vicks and Cowdens, Wren took the most time with us to design our dream kitchen. The star of the show(room) for me was Casey, with her "yep, we can do that" attitude nothing was much fuss.... (even if I wanted to change the tile colours and floor for the ninth time). Casey never once rushed us, didn't sell anything over what we needed, just created an excellent design which had no issues when installed. Thank you Casey, and everyone at Wren who dealt with us so kindly.

   Really good experience buying a new kitchen from Wren Chester. The design consultant generated some great ideas and was very patient with us and we ended up with a design that really worked for us and looked absolutely stunning. The VR rendering of the design is great and gives real confidence in the final design solution. The quality of the units and appliances is excellent and delivery was on time. Installation drawings and notes were comprehensive which really helped. All in all a really good experience and I would thoroughly recommend them.

   Am absolutely delighted with the service I received by Danny at Wren in Chester. He really listened to what was needed and designed a perfect, stylish kitchen, maximising storage. He gave lots of support as the kitchen is not in this area, finding an excellent local fitter. The whole process was seamless as a result of Danny and the Chester’s teams’ diligence. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the cost was about a third less than competitors. I highly recommend Wren Chester.

   At the end of week 5 of a 2 week kitchen installation by Wren Kitchens, we have listed over 20 faults, and we still do not have a working kitchen despite being pressured to sign off the install at 9pm the previous week. We have been left with holes in the walls, unsafe electrics, unfitted cooker hub, fitted damaged cabinets two of which are unusable, unsightly brackets, a hidden unusable space heater, and a under sink set-up which has panels wedged by broken tiles, floor tiles missing and they have hidden exposed electric cables behind the cabinet. The whole experience has left my wife heartbroken, her dream kitchen is a nightmare. While Wren hide behind their unfair T&C's and blame the fitter, despite the fact they appointed the fitter. We are left seeking legal help to resolve, and paying for another company to resolve some of the problems at our additional cost Our strong recommendation is do not buy Wren and if you do: do not use their appointed fitters.

   From start to finish Wren kitchens have been fantastic. Designer was very helpful. No pressure. Always responded to our enquiries. Met our needs and saved us money. Offered solutions to an awkward area of our kitchen design. Strived to make this area work for us. Production & Delivery team kept us updated well. Did what they said they would. Used an independent fitter. Designer liaised with him. After sales also great. Door incorrectly drilled by my fitter? Replacement door supplied for free no quibbles. Oven broke after damaged in transit? Replacement oven supplied at a discounted price. Problems getting through to Wren customer care? Compensated accordingly. 5 months after fitting & kitchen is holding up to family life well including teenager cooking experiments & younger child storing an egg in a cupboard (that cracked). Still looks like a lot more expensive kitchen than it is. Very satisfied customers. 100% recommend Wren.

   We had a great experience at Wren. The designer was excellent and really accommodating with all the minor changes we wanted. The delivery arrangements were spot on and even when we had to return a couple of pieces new ones were dispatched very speedily. Ten out of ten. We didn't't get Wren to fir the kitchen just to supply the furniture and the appliances. Their prices were very good for the appliances and beat all others. We even got interest free credit on everything. What's not to like?
