   I have been given refund by British Gas because I topped up the wrong electric key/card. I got the refund in form of RTI code. Nobody in any PAYZONE or super Payzone knew what an RTI code was. Some said oh we don't do refunds and other claimed upgrades. But the man behind the counter in Lotus knew. It is essential that Payzones be staffed by people who know how to top up using RTI.

   I will never ever go into that shop again. Over the years I have spent a lot of money in that shop but the lady refused to accept a "UPS" return parcel to Amazon even though it was only 16:55 (five to five) and advertised on UPS as open until 10:pm. She said finished for today come back tomorrow even though she could see that I am disabled she just waved her hand in a gesture to leave the shop and said tomorrow. Nasty lady........
