In my opinion this place is horrific. It’s messy, held together with gafatape, the ceiling if literally falling apart and hanging down ( please see photos) leaking water on the floor that I had to ask to be cleaned multiple times before doing so and was still done poorly as a child slipped on it in front of the staff member that said that it was dry. Toilets are grubby and they seem understaffed. The shop was also out of multiple things too. All in all I’ll not be visiting again and will be advising friends not to either. Oh and parts of the soft play was sectioned off for repairs. It’s a shame 1 star is the lowest that you can rate something. These are all my opinions and you are free to make up your own mind, but there are many better soft plays out there.

Parking is limited but you can usually find a space as the place runs on 2 hour sessions. Entry to the premises is mostly wheelchair accessible but it's a very tight squeeze. This is a good size soft play venue. Not too big that you get separated and lost and not too small that you are bumping into everyone. There is an on site cafe but it wasn't open for food when we went just after lunch, only hot drinks were available. There's even a small library off to the side but it's not exactly quiet so there's that. There's enough to keep all small kids engaged and variety of equipment and play areas to suit BUT everything mostly looks old and dated. Quite a lot of it is held together with colourful peeling tape and the play area is very dimly lit making it unsafe. My daughter hit her head a few times while running and it seems some of the metal cross beams have little to no protective foam on them. The one thing I will say is there's is no heating. It's freezing in here. FREEZING. It's 2 degrees outside and probably just a touch over that inside. Every breath is visible. If your waiting on the kids, I suggest you dress for winter and keep your jackets and scarves on. Also the loos... Dear God they're bad. There's black mould on the pipework, tubs full of something that smelled like bleach just left open on the floor for any child visiting the loos to fall into. It all just looks really unmaintained and unsanitary. There's no excuse.

We had such a brilliant time here! Downsides are the state of the toilets and slow service at the cafe. Coffees were lovely but had to wait ages, they should also think about offering cakes and biscuits. They do offer crisps, chocolate, cold and hot drinks and they do hot food which looked nice. The actual play areas are great - the roller slide is awesome, there are actually lots of slides and everything is very safe and fun. The bigger area could do with its own ball pit though. Parking has been improved - there are limited spaces during busy periods and they seemed to have more spaces available at the front. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Our little one had an amazing time, he can't wait to go back again!

Really disappointing visit. Equipment poorly maintained. Football pitch had lost its ‘door’ so football was kicked out across cafe area more than once, narrowly missing me and my family. Spinning toy in toddler play area STILL broken after about 3 years. Was ridiculously hot inside and no a/c. No-one managing older, more boisterous kids behaviour. Not facility’s fault per se (parents deep in phones) but lack of staff overseeing and implementing the rules, thereby spoiling it for everyone. Staff trying their best but looking frazzled. I’ll save my £17 and take kids to park next time.

We were invited to a birthday party so we went to Jungle Mania for the first time. The girls being so excited, we arrived with an open mind. The first thing that shocked us was the heat. It was a normal June day outside (20degrees and sunny spells) however inside we were roasting. When I queried the heat, I was told that they couldn’t open the windows and they had fans instead… well one fan by the entrance, not at the back where all the parents wait and where the birthday parties are held. Why can’t you move the fan to the busy area? It was really uncomfortable today. The play area has area where it looks unsafe and seriously taped (or untapped but it should be taped) There are holes in the toilets ceiling. The baby changing area seems unsafe since the table wobbles. The place is great for kids but it doesn’t look or feel safe.

After paying £20 for my visit I was absolutely appalled by the state of the soft play. It was utterly shocking to see (it looks awful), but I am mostly concerned at how unsafe this is for children. I saw a couple of bits of tape initially, and thought, maybe just waiting for repair. But then to see the extent of it the higher up you go, I don’t think I saw one item that didn’t have tape on. In many of these pictures you can see that the tape is coming away, meaning the small children that we brought were very easily getting their toes caught and falling over. Some of these are in very dangerous places so resulted in them struggling to get down the holes safely. Some of the tape opened up and there were metal bars sticking through, which is just unacceptable. The cable ties in the big and little soft play area were so long and sharp, not safe to be left near children at all. The general look of the place in these pictures is quite frankly shocking.
