   Amazing experience and helpful, patient staff with Leo on shift this evening. Games were worth the experience. Underestimated the VR experience. Variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) behind the counter. Will visit again!

   Went to Zero Latency in Wembley with my partner and had an amazing time! It was just the two of us and the place was empty, which actually made the experience even better. The game was so immersive — we definitely worked up a sweat! Highly recommend for a fun and unique activity.

   I had an event booked and I attended to see the Far cry 3 game. I really enjoyed the overall experience. On the note to the company as people workout whilst using the back pack it can smell and be off putting. Not entirely sure what can be done but thought I mention it. The game lasted 28 minutes which I thought was more then enough. Would I go back to the place? I probably would if they improve the hardware used and provide a better vision of gaming.

   It was my first VR experience and I have to say that unexpectedly I’ve been surprised by the quality of game experience. Nice place to spend time with friends, they staff guy (forgot his name unfortunately) was friendly and helpful, and after that you can have couple of beers and have something to eat at Black Box Food court!

   The VR experience itself was really enjoyable. However, the staff here really let things down. The lady who gave us the briefing had zero people skills, and was very abrupt & rude. I understand health and safety is a priority, but this is meant to be a fun experience. We were treated like school children, and as if we were an inconvenience. Yes, we may have been a bit loud at some points, but there are ways of dealing with groups rather than threaten to kick them out. 8 of us paid over £35 each for 30 minutes. This is a lot of money, and for this I would expect good service. My advice to this business is invest more in your staff, and employ someone with a personality who enjoys their job. This could be a great place if the staff were friendly, but until then I would recommend others to go elsewhere.

   We were greeted and made comfortable by a Mr James number 2, who gave us a lovely friendly introduction and guided us through the briefing process. We then went on to play outbreak origins and another zombie game which were great fun, with guidance from James throughout the experience and was a great time for both gamers and non gamers and all ages. Thanks again James the 2nd!

   The lady who took us through the experience was very rude and impatient, I’m not hugely coordinated so required some patience in going through the demo, but she was abrupt and very curt, making snide remarks throughout the experience, really. Then my headset was disconnected when I was in the experience which took 10 minutes to correct, so therefore 10 minutes out of the experience which we never got back. The experience itself was quite fun but I had to try and ignore the woman’s presence in order to enjoy myself. I wouldn’t return at all and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who isn’t 100% coordinated or savvy tech-wise

   Our gaming family loves “meetspaceVR” in BoxPark Wembley. Great for all ages. The team are super fun, friendly and helpful. Great game menu, something for everyone… action game to escape room games.
