What a lovely soft play! Has absolutely everything to keep your little one happy from a mini village complete with fire station and hairdressers to slides and a huge fun soft play area. It's very clean and smells great. The menu is huge as well. We spent a couple of hours having lots of fun. We will be back!

I found this place while visiting Windsor. Met the owner, the new one. The place was everything my two 4 year olds wanted. Fun, good food, a safe environment. I totally recommend this place because it fits my needs as a parent - kids playing safely, me having a nice coffee. The owner has shown a passion for this place. So I am confident this will turn out to be a great spot to have some time off.

We recently booked The Jelly Lounge for our daughterβs third birthday and we couldnβt be happier. The management and staff ensured the 24 kids and their family had a great time. As hosts, we were too able to enjoy the party since The Jelly Lounge took care of the decorations, return presents and a great arrangement for food and cake-cutting. Great venue, we highly recommend it.

Upon arrival, there was no organisation, hospitality or explanation, just people chaotically checking in. It was the first session of the morning and tables were dirty. The biggest disappointment was how dirty the soft play was. On the attached photo, this is the first little play area you see in there and it can be quite easily cleaned with a hoover, however you can see the state of it. We ordered no food after seeing this. Soft play itself is not separated into different ages, so it is very challenging for under 4s to enjoy when bigger children are running and pushing + parents are squeezing in between. There is a separate area for babies though. I would not recommend.

It's really not worth the price. Β£20 for 2 children and 2 adults for 1 hour of play is way too expensive. We went before covid when the session was 90 minutes and we considered it a good value for money. Not any longer. There are so many way better and way cheaper soft places everywhere. Won't be coming back.

Charging parent to sit down Β£2 in the soft play area is a daylight robbery. Itβs already too expensive @8 for 60 min they have a cheek to charge parent to sit down. You lost a customer I will never come back again. I rather drive somewhere else but customer service is great. Also the new manager in the glasses is rude as hell. At least refill soap in the toilets. Sorry just not worth it never was but at least it was reasonable before not anymore.

I used to absolutely love jelly lounge previously, but haven't been too impressed lately. The tables takes a long time to clear, and it is in general a bit more dirty than it used to be. It also feels outrageous that you have to pay full price from 5 months when they will most likely just sit with you. It used to be cheaper for under 2s which made a lot more sense. Today they had also last minute decided to spray paint in the baby room, which means we couldn't even use that after paying full price for my 10 months old, nothing was mentioned when coming in, and the whole place smelled really strongly. They did give us voucher to come back another time, but it would have been nice with a heads up so we could have just had a refund.

I went to the Jelly Lounge today and we loved it! I don't agree with a lot these reviews on here and had to add mine for some balance :) My 10 month old had a blast- lots to do and great selection of toys and areas to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Would 100% go back again, perfect spot to wear out your active one! Thank you

Love bringing my kids here for an after school slot when itβs quiet. Such a stylish soft play, lovely colours and my kids love it. And itβs the cleanest soft play Iβve ever been to. They make a good latte too. Friendly staff.
