   Decent softplay, kids love it every time. Parent not loving it so much this time, as I forgot to bring snacks even though that may be bending the rules of not being allowed to consume your own food and drink wherever and whenever you want to (this is an argument for another day). Advise to bring your own snacks as £6 for what's pictured is daylight robbery. To add salt into the wound, I've also just noticed the Golden Wonders are past their best before date. * Note to owner - I will be back with my own snacks and I will dispose of my rubbish at home. I think it's a mad rule to try and impose on people, especially when you're charging what you're charging for food/snacks on site. I understand you've got a business to run and the only reason we're in business is to make a profit, but come on, the profit margins must be moohasive. **Update - upon making the employee aware of the expired crisps, we did receive a fresh pack of Walkers cheese and onion (the remaining Golden Wonders were also expired) and also a free latte, which is very kind and also compensates for the initial snack investment, and also gains an additional star rating. I am in a much happier place, thank you. No banana for scale.

   Kids enjoyed it. Quite a small space gave me vibes of it being someone's living room. The entrance is almost hidden away and the access up is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Prices are steep for a fixed time slot

   Do not waste your money if you only have a toddler! The section for older kids is great and my 3 and a half year old loved it…but the ‘0-3’ section is shocking. Just a really small room with one small ball pit and a few other basic soft play floor items. Room barely padded so doesn’t even feel safe - I’d rather just play in my own front room with my baby. This room needs A LOT of work to be able to charge people for it. Under 3s should be free until some investment has been made because there is no way I would pay for the use of it ever again!

   I had my twin's 5th birthday party here and I have to say it was wonderful. The venue was a great size for an exclusive party, lots of room for the parents and the soft play was great- the kids loved it. The food was really good and they made such an effort to make sure everyone was happy. I would absolutely recommend this for a party and I would visit to take my kids to the soft play on another occasion. A lovely family business!!!

   Had such a lovely experience here. My 5 year old had a party yesterday and she had a great time: the size of the soft play is perfect for that age group. Staff were very friendly and we had a very positive conversation experience :)

   I have been to two private birthday parties. One in 2022 and recently in 2023. It was such a lovely experience. The children were happy, food delicious and it was well organised and clean . And the owners of soft play were warm, welcoming and made the place look magical both times

   We had a birthday party at the soft play and booked exclusive hire. Everything was ready and decorated before we arrived, all we had to do was turn up. The ladies organising on the day were superb, especially Nazmin who made sure the afternoon went to time. The food was cooked fresh and there was excellent communication between us and the venue. The play facilities are great, the kids had so much fun. Thanks Red Stairs Soft Play for a great day for our daughter.

   Had a really good first expeirnhete. Booked online as its the Norm at the moment but not a necessity. Small room for 0-3 yrs and 2 layered soft play for 4-10 yr olds. Food available. Reasonable prices. Small seating area and sofas. High chairs available. No lift only stairs to access.
