Returned some surplus items on behalf of my Dad today. The man at the counter was very helpful and friendly and I was out within 2 minutes. We're very happy with the quality of our new kitchen and so I would recommend Benchmarx.
Poor customer service, and the kitchen units mark far too easily. For the price, I expected better quality. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had a lovely kitchen delivered in May more than enough parts and shelves nothing scrimped. Delivered on time by really friendly guys , wasnt happy with 2 wall corner units the manager came out and could see my problem. After a bit of persuading agreed to change them . Thank you Emma for the planning very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was fitted by one of their fitters Ryan excellent job lovely guy done to a high standard and cleaned up after each visit. Even came back to refit the plinths after floor fit. Thanks Ryan. Highly recommend.

I asked for a kitchen design and Emma delivered this on the first plan. Excellent. Delivery of goods through Covid times was also very good. One item damaged but returned and a new one delivered ASAP. Quality of units worktops and appliances excellent again. This is the second time I have used Benchmarx as I had a utility room fitted in the same design a couple of years ago. Definitely recommend this company without hesitation.
