   I’ve been visiting Airhop in Guildford for years and slowly over time it’s declined in many areas. Today was the worst, so I feel like I should leave a review in hope that Activeon see this and decide to pump some money into its appearance and staff. So after paying £65 before the 3 kids had even taken their shoes off for a one hour jump on a random wet Thursday afternoon, I was expecting my kids to have a wonderful time… However the dodge ball area had one ball- ONE ball because the rest had gone missing. My £65 I just laid would easily get you 10 more!!! Then the obstacle course wasn’t working- the whole fun of it is banging the buzzer and comparing times with your friends… As I was watching my kids I had drops of brain rain falling on me from the leaks in the roof which stained my jumper and was leaving small puddles in the play area. The foam pit was closed for majority of the play; it opened once for a few minutes and the wipe out opened twice for no more than five minutes- the lady operating it looked like she couldn’t stand kids so I’m unsure why she chose a job working with them. Finally; after already so spending a LOT of money on entry I decided to buy the kids food… everything I wanted to order was out of stock by 1pm (they opened at midday) no cheese sandwiches, no ham sandwiches and no hotdogs… Ask to sum up; the flooring needs replacing- the holes are taped all over the place, the roof needs fixing, the place needs painting, the balls need replacing, the assault course needs repairing and more child friendly staff are required so that the venue can open half of its facilities. I won’t be going again- my kids have said they don’t want to return either- such a shame when companies give up on standards and care only about profits.

   The downside first - checking in can be painful if you’ve a large group of kids (we had 13 and it took a long time to ensure all the waivers were in place); don’t go with high expectations of the cafe. The upside - kids love it. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the new laser tag offering went down a storm with our group when they were offered a free game on its opening day. Overall this is a place for kids and from their perspective it’s pretty darn fabulous.

   Love it. My kids loved it so much. Has. Soft play, cafe, plenty of seating, dodge ball area, assault course, climbing wall, dance floor and ofc trampolines. Staff are friendly and helpful. We go week days as I have sen children and it's a lot quieter.

   We recently celebrated my child's 13th birthday at AirHop Guildford, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that everything went smoothly for our party. The venue itself is impressive, with a huge variety of trampolines and activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. Watching them bounce and play was such a joy! The safety measures in place were reassuring, and it was clear that the staff were attentive and focused on ensuring everyone had a fun and safe time. The birthday party package we chose was well-organized and included everything we needed, from party food to a designated area for the kids to celebrate. They were especially excited about the jumping session, which was filled with fun games and challenges led by the enthusiastic staff. Overall, AirHop Guildford is the perfect place for a birthday party or a fun day out. My child and their friends had a blast, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! We will definitely be returning for more jumping and laughter in the future!

   Amazing experience today for my daughter’s Birthday! Great staff working there super helpful and friendly. My kids did the jumping and climbing experience and the instructor was super caring helpful and nice. Reception supervisor lady also very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this place very clean also and well time managed - never over crowded and super spacious.

   **Edited after reply from business to add that I did try to make contact with higher management, only to never actually get an answer, hence my public review being less than positive about customer service.** Outwardly a good place to visit, well maintained with friendly general staff. High energy place - full of fun. Limited choices in cafe though. Appreciate the cafe staff, court staff and hosts, they work hard for the sake of the patrons enjoyment. Management aren't the most approachable, nor the most appropriate and can be very misinformed, unreasonable and argumentative. Send your kids there for fun, but don't send them for a job - There seems to be a clear reason most staff are under 21.

   Seems well run, safety conscious and in good working order. The trampolines are nice and bouncy unlike some bounce parks. All the staff come across well. My only complaint would be there are no foods catering for people with dietary requirements. However that is a nit pick. I've brought my kids here many times and we always have a really good time.

   Honestly love this place. It's chaotic and busy but it's clean and well maintained. Staff are sweet too! We had a party here for my son and I was blown away with the care and efficiency of our party host. Highly recommend.

   Nice place for kids. Friendly staff. Enough parking space. The place with industrial area which is abit odds but easy access. Unfortunately the cafe doesn't have lots of food choices except the snacks
