A staff member that has brown hair spoke to me very rudely about not being allowed to bring food inside. I understood the rule and had no problem with it, but her tone was unnecessary. She told me to put the food in my bag

   We had such a wonderful experience at this soft play! It’s very clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind with the little ones running around. The staff were friendly, professional, and so helpful throughout our visit. We also hosted our child’s party here, and it was absolutely amazing—everything was well organized, stress-free, and the kids had the best time. Highly recommend this place for both playdates and birthday celebrations!

   Perfect place to take sad beige babies for their plastic toy fix. Excellent selection of Little Tikes cozy coupes, ideal for 0-3 year olds. Decent menu selection and pricing. Soft play frame could be larger as my 2 year olds struggled to stand up in it. Great that they accept walk-ins, didn't feel pressured to leave as our 90-minute session expired. There are definitely bigger and better but they're hard to come by in Surrey for some reason!

   Extremely unfriendly and rude staff. We all felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable being there despite paying for all our tickets. A staff member made a unfriendly comment and face when she looked at the birthday cake we got for my som, which we did not even get to cut or blow out the candles. Horrible experience. New Malden Rascals is 100 times better and the best staff there.

   Went today with my 2 g daughters will def be going again lovely place very clean plenty of nice toys and bouncy castle area . We had lunch which was cooked fresh and lovely coffees. Staff very friendly

   First time here today. Rode solo with my toddler and newborn. The ladies were EVER SO welcoming and understanding. They couldn't do enough for me. I felt very supported in there. Its so clean, bright and fun - shame my toddler like to go in the real kitchen and play with the bins... ! The customers / Mums were even so lovely too which is rare as you take your kids to a lot of soft-plays and no one really socialises (hard to I know) but no one really sticks together as Mums and I got that feeling today. Got chatting to a few Mums. Gave me a lot of confidence and one Mum even offered to look-over my toddler whilst I fed baby. Can't wait to come back here, - is a bit of a drive from where we are but it kills the morning. Good selection of snacks and meals too!

   This is probably the best softplay we’ve been to, my 2 year old son had so much fun today. It’s very clean and tidy and it’s decorated nice and colourfully. The play area looks bright, new and modern. Staff are friendly and there’s a nice selection of food and drink. Will definitely be returning very soon.
