   Mastercraft provided a friendly first class service from start to finish. I selected Mastercraft because they were able to undertake the whole job from knocking out walls to installing kitchen. The representative, Steve, who also became the Project Manager paid us three visits to ascertain exactly what we wanted and gave us good detailed advise on every aspect. Having paid the deposit I was told they would start in November and they actually started on 10th. The fitter, Lee was absolutely tremendous. He undertook all the building work and kitchen fitting, and Steve arranged for a plasterer and tiler, and for the firm to supply and fit the Quartz Worktops. I also had a work surface and cupboards fitted in my office space. The work flowed without any delays. The kitchen space is a small 9 feet by 6 feet and the maisonette being small made work incredibly difficult, but Lee worked with us all the way to minimise the turmoil. I would highly recommend Mastercraft to anybody looking for first class work at a competitive price. Steve Shipway Coventry

   We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen Mastercraft Kitchens creates for us. They took in a big project which included opening up a load bearing wall, fitting a beam and installing a new kitchen from scratch. Right from the initial meeting the designer got exactly what we were after, clean contemporary handleless units in Matt cashmere and oak, a big island with seating and premium appliances. Seeing it all in a 3D walkthrough sold us instantly. The fitters were a pleasure to have in the house and always on time. They protected everything properly and hoovered up. The end result is flawless- every door and drawer lines up perfectly. If you thinking of a new kitchen, especially a high end one, go with Mastercraft. Proper craftsmen who deliver what they promise.    We would like to thank Steve and his team, especially Lee for creating our new kitchen. From the first day Steve came round he just seemed to know what we wanted. When we saw the computer aided drawings of the proposed finished kitchen we loved them, we didn’t think the actual finished kitchen would look as good however it actually looks exactly like the drawings. It was a big job as we had to have an old chimney removed first and plumbing re-routing in other parts of the house, but care was taken to minimise dust and damage to our property. Lee’s carpentry skills are excellent and his work ethic was a pleasure to see. There were the odd snags during the fitting but they were sorted out immediately and to our exact needs and wants. We now have the kitchen we have wanted since moving into the property and are the envy of family and friends. We have no trouble in recommending Mastercraft kitchens for your dream kitchen.

We were previously going to go with a well known nationwide kitchen provider but changed to Mastercraft last minute. They worked with our timelines which were quite tight and gave us improved design ideas to what we had originally.    Our project wasn’t straightforward, it involved knocking a wall down and creating one big kitchen out of a much smaller kitchen and a dedicated dining room. We needed more than a kitchen fitting company, we needed someone with all round building expertise and project management skills. We chose MasterCraft because they claimed to fit that bill. They started by giving us an innovative design using specialist software that allowed us to visualise exactly what the new kitchen would look like from various directions of sight. They promised that they could deliver that kitchen within 4/5 weeks, at a fixed price, and manage the whole project so that we wouldn’t have to coordinate the different trades. They have done exactly that. Issues along the way were dealt with quickly and professionally, no fuss. Delivery of the project was led by Lee who was excellent in every way. The electricians couldn’t have been more helpful, and everyone else involved did a great job. Our kitchen features a number of ‘state of the art’ design features that were recommended by MasterCraft who clearly have great experience and expertise in this field. We are very happy with the end result.

   Prior to approaching Mastercraft we had a couple of quotes from other companys that provided exactly what we asked for but ended up with a kitchen design that felt claustrophobic. Steve knew enough to consider our requests (all the worktops and cupboards) and run with them to give us a kitchen design that makes the room feel even larger than it is, provides all the storage we could ever want and still feels light and airy. Installation could have been a challenge in our 125+ year old house but the kitchen fitters managed to account for wavy walls, made good a floor with a 25 degree tilt and the electrician replaced a haphazard collection of ring mains from decades past with a modern, certified installation. We also had a large chimney breast removed so the whole project involved some major renovations. Steve also knew when to recommend cheaper alternatives to keep to our budget - the Bosch ovens and Elica induction hob are just as good as the comparable Neff / Siemens alternatives but cost a fraction of the price. Quality-wise all the cabinetry is sturdy and well constructed. The hinges and drawers are all soft-close by default which is a nice touch. The whole project has transformed the kitchen from just a place to cook to a real family room. It's hard to take pictures of a tidy kitchen as ours is always in use, so excuse the washing up!

   Would 100% recommend and will use again. Our designer and fitters were very talented and extremely patient with any changes we wanted. Any questions we had were answered and explained back to us in easy to understand terms and we ended up with the kitchen we really wanted all within our budget. The kitchen was delivered on time and the joinery team went out of their way to install with minimum disruption to my day as I am still working from home.
