   I recently hosted my child’s birthday party at this entertainment centre, and I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. When I made the booking, no one informed me that cutting the birthday cake on-site was not allowed. On the day of the event, I was shocked to learn that they intended to place the cake slices directly on simple paper napkins and hand them to parents that way. This is completely unacceptable for a children’s birthday celebration. At no point was I told that I needed to bring my own plates or any kind of container for the cake. Had I been notified in advance, I would have happily brought everything required. The lack of communication and consideration for parents was very frustrating and left me both upset and disappointed. They also required full payment upfront — and honestly, had I known what kind of service we were going to receive, I would not have paid at all. Overall, the experience did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a child’s birthday party.

   Fantastic place to take the kids, they always have great fun! Extremely spacious with loads of space for kids of all ages to enjoy. Staff are super accommodating and would highly recommend especially for the price!

   The staff at the Softplay area were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. The place itself was a little smaller than we expected for the price — it felt a bit expensive for the size — but overall, it was still a lovely experience. The kids absolutely loved it, and it turned out to be a wonderful way to escape the usual Sunday chaos. It helped us structure our day, gave the children a chance to play and burn off energy, and honestly, it ended up saving our Sunday. A good experience overall!

   Great fun and service! Hired this out for my son’s 3rd birthday party and the kids had the best time. We also had great feedback from the parents too. Good size soft play, lots of little areas, slides and a little football court! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Kids were fed lunch and dessert and the adults were free to order tea, coffee and food at the cafe. Some parents are looking to book for their kid’s next party. Had a great time, highly recommend.

   As soon as you walk in you can smell damp. not much to do in the soft play area the play cubes were in a bad state and It was dirty. They need to improve on cleanliness

   Fairly limited number of activities for small toddlers, but it's our nearest and stays open until 6:30pm on weekdays, which works for our night owl.

   I’ve now been here twice with my two year old twin boys. It is a good soft play area and they have a toddler zone as well as a massive area for older kids. It is reasonably priced and there are few spaces for parking. It is also right behind Wood Green Shopping Mall near the market area.
