   Really frustrating staff. I took my son here only to find out it was closed for a private party with no notice. I checked their hours online about an hour before I was due to take my son and there was nothing indicated about it. When asked the staff about why they didn’t update their website they just shrugged their shoulders and said “whoops”. Meanwhile my son is crying because he is seeing other kids go in for the private party and he doesn’t get to go. There were other parents in my same situation who were also frustrated. What a disastrous way to run a children’s focused business. I will not be going again.

   We had our son’s 3rd birthday party at Kidsmania last week and I couldn’t be happier with how it all went! Firstly the communication with the staff leading up to the party was excellent and the actual running of the day from cake, to singing, to lunch served, to coffees for the adults served - it was all just so well organised! I didn’t do a thing and could have fun and enjoy it with my son and get to know the parents from his nursery!! I highly reccomend!!!!

   It's like reviews fall on deaf ears. No care to try and improve things people have bought up in reviews just making excuses. This place is so run down and looks nothing like the images. It is so dirty and dated. It has potential to be so much nicer but it doesn't look like the owner wants to invest money to improve this place. It isn't that cheap as I know other places that are similarly priced and are so much better than this place. I visited here twice for party's but definitely would not visit again voluntarily.

   I attended this softplay yesterday. Pros - Affordable - Lively atmosphere - Child really enjoyed it Cons - It's absolutely filthy. - It was really small compared to some other ones I have been fortunate to visit. - They allow too many people in at once which can make it slightly hectic and I think it would be very chaotic if they had to ever evacuate for a fire. - You had to give your child's shoes to them so that you don't go over your time slot otherwise you get charged. I can't stop feeling itchy since attending this sort play. Would I be going again - absolutely not. Would I recommend it - yes only because of the price and atmosphere. The lack of cleanliness is the reason I would not attend again. Please note : this is an honest review. Not to put anyone off. Many thanks

   I came here with my 2 year old on friday. He really enjoyed himself here! The food menu was decently priced, there was a great choice of snacks, drinks and food which we enjoyed with my son. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We're very lucky to have this place so close by!

   Had a lovely time today with my 10 month old. It was great and affordable day out and he cried when we was about to leave. I may have just come on a bad day but the under 3s section had a lot of children older in there and nobody was there to tell them to come out. My little one was knocked over as a girl was running across the floor and he had toys snatched from him. it did make me a bit nervous being in there as they were clearly too old to but not enough to stop me coming back!

   It is small soft play but nice and kids enjoyed it. They had a good fun and they really like it. Very reasonably priced.
