Excellent service, Steve designed us our perfect kitchen! The team worked seamlessly with our kitchen fitters to ensure everything was coordinated. Price was comparable to big chains, but the service was infinitely superior. Will come back for wardrobes in the future!
Steven and his team have done a great job fitting out our dressing room. From the initial design to the final installation the experience was not only of a high quality and professional service but also completed in efficiently and within just several weeks from our first enquiry. We have been using Rowe Fitted Interiors for years. 4 seperate occasions over the years up to now so can definitely confirm we are very happy customers. Fitted mirrored wardrobes, built in wardrobes, fully fitted large bespoke kitchen and then large bespoke utility and boot room. Steven is extremely knowledgeable, patient and was keen for us to have the end result we wanted. He is extremely approachable and provides more than enough time for you to plan together your designs. The fitter/joiner is seriously the best! Which was the other main reason we chose Rowe Fitted Interiors and would not chose anyone else. Fitted perfectly, again with full discussion with us at each stage to ensure as designed. When you know what you want, they are extremely helpful and patient and we felt able to ask and even change plans that were possible with no bother at all. It's important to get the end result you want and this was no problem at all, and at no stage did we feel we couldn't check progress or ask questions. There was no problem with communication, calls, messages or shop design visits. The Hoylake shop/studio is finished to a very high standard, with samples to take away. Would not use anyone else now. 100% recommend!

We ordered two fitted wardrobes from Rowe Fitted Interiors. The wardrobes are fine, but for over £6000 we expected far better customer service than we received. The wardrobes were left dirty when complete and we had to remove the drawers and clean dust and sawdust before we could put our clothes in. We had to wait a fortnight for the last few bits to be done as the fitter went on holiday and the owner wouldn’t do it himself. *EDIT following the reponse below - to be clear, we were away for 3 days of that 2 week period. There was plenty of opportunity for the work to be completed (a 10 minute job) before it was. We asked for bespoke adjustments to the standard plan but these weren’t communicated to the fitter so we ended up with holes drilled in the wrong place, which were covered with really naff wood effect stickers. I communicated all this feedback to the owner, but he didn’t reply to me. He had my £6k by then so I suppose he didn’t feel the need. We wouldn't use them again.
You can get similar products elsewhere but you won’t get the quality. I am extremely happy with my fitted wardrobes & ensuite, so much so that I am in the process of having my kitchen done. Stephen Rowe & his team are very professional & I would highly recommend them.
Rowe were first class from start to finish.. We spoke to 4 or 5 firms before going ahead with our bedroom refit and we definitely made the right choice with Rowe. The fitters were really conscientious and the end product is absolutely outstanding...! Big thanks to Steve and the team for all of their efforts.
