I've been there on Sting concert, and needs to say that was impressed how good view on a stage is from the top level. Plenty of toilets, low queuing bar. Looking forward to visit again, this time from a lower floor level. Look like a good idea if you like to stand in a crowd.

This is a great venue, great acoustics, very comfortable and surprisingly a lot of leg room. Unfortunately our concert was quite poor, Adam and the Ants was very disappointing but was supported by the fabulous and super talented Toyah. If you watch your ideal performer then you will have a great night at this venue.

I have visited this concert hall several times. Great place to see show and music events. Well maintained, clean and a lot of facilities. A short walking distance from Hammersmith underground station. Many bars with big selection of drinks and snacks. Very organised and fast security control at the entrance.

The queues for live at the Apollo were not long to pick up a ticket at ~5:00pm. However, entrance into the venue at 6:00pm was not very organised, with both people with tickets and seats and also people without seat allocations. The queue moved relatively quickly, but just a heads up for people wanting to know what to expect. I’ve been 2 times before to Live at The Apollo and not experienced this, so hopefully this was just a one off experience. The event staff looked equally as concerned at the queues and were trying their best to manage the lines. The venue itself is impressive and the events I’ve seen here have always been great. They also helped us out with more accessible seating, which we were thankful for!

Lovely venue. Right near the underground. Well kept and presented. Toilets clean. Seats pretty comfortable. Didn't feel like much security checks when entering, but once inside the team were consistent in making people follow the rules eg not standing on the stairs to dance or take photos. We will definitely return next year.

A great venue in a good location. Easy to get to by train and plenty of hotels local. The queue to get in moved quickly and all the staff were very friendly. Food and drinks here are expensive but as expected. Toilets were clean but the roof of which was very low meaning I had to duck while going. The seats were comfortable with enough space for long legs. No drinks holders on the are rests which is a shame however. We visited to see the comedian Jim Gaffigan, he was fantastic. Would recommend a visit.

Queen Machine Symphonic were amazing! Completely blown away! Also the venue was fantastic, great seats, massive venue, easy to access and lots of support staff available my old neighbour came here in the 70s to see Thin Lizzy. I would come here again.

It was a nice venue but seriously too many people in such an enclosed space, don't even think about trying to get served at a bar until the show starts! Prices are above average! I bought a Jack Daniels n coke and a bottle of water and it was Β£10.40! Thankfully card only payments. Staff were friendly and pretty helpful but venue was incredibly hot! Would go again tho, just be better prepared with a water bottle and a fan! Show was incredible! Sister Act!

Now… the show was good. However, for this event I couldn’t give all 5 stars as the staff were not well versed in what to do and how to manage the crowd nor their tickets. It was an utter shambles at the door to be honest. Toilets were very clean which is always great and the bar/lounge area is pretty decent too, had the entrance to the show not been such a debacle, this would have got too ratings, but I’m not 100% sure that this isn’t they way their stewards always contact themselves. That part was a poor show indeed.

Fabulous Art Deco venue. Lots of staff and super large bar area. Even if you are standing go to the bar area on floor 1 it's much bigger with some seating. There are load of toilets too. There were no queues even for the Ladies! Auditorium fantastic and theater style seating. It's clean with not sticky flooring. The security sweep on entry was quick and unobtrusive by very helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.
