   I came here to have a great time but unfortunately I didn’t, the staff at the bar have bad attitude. I come tenpin every week and I show physical Id, because I’ve shown my physical ID several times , today I didn’t have my Id on me I only had a picture on my phone. This one lady that works at the bar that I’ve showed my physical id before didn’t want to serve me. She has seen my id last week but this week she wanted to pretend she doesn’t recognise me which is absolutely absurd. The picture that I’ve uploaded is with the staff member of tenpin that’s has been completely rude and had no customer service skills, really upset that I couldn’t enjoy my time at tenpin.

   Clean small bowling area. Ordered a drink online with qR code on the table . Drink didnt turn up , had to go and ask for it when game had already finished. No apologies from the bar staff. Lack of staff on the bar.

   We visited during the weekend, the place was packed! Lots of games, drinking, Music. It's perfectly situated around great snack/meal choices of some of the most popular brands in London. You should definitely come with family and/or friends!

   I try to book a reservation online 1 month in advance but the online portal wasnt workin, i tried several times, i call but had to wait so long to get assistance, when i finally booked the call cut off but no one called or email me the confirmation information, i had to call and go back through the entire process. We got there 15 minutes late for our game and we are only allowed 1.5 hours per game so we were told we wouldn't get back the time. The game had error 5 times and we didnt get added time back. We didn't like the fact the 20 minutes before our time was up there was another group coming to us saying our time was up making us look as if we were going over our time or something, they just stood there, it was very uncomfortable.

   This place was amazing with lots of games and fun stuff. I mean you can never get bored in a place like that. There’s always something to keep you busy both adults and children. I had great fun bowling which happened to be my first time.

   Great little spot that’s open till late on a weekday ! There wasn’t many people there so wasn’t any wait for anything which is a bonus The cocktails are fairly priced and they have pitchers available

   I had great fun here! The Pizza was nice! Everything has changed since I last was here and it has 100% changed for the better! Everything is a lot more easier to use and it all makes sense. there is more arcade machines and there is more space overall! I loved it here!

   They have modernised in here so it feels a lot more "new". Myself and my children enjoyed our game and the arcade after. The staff were a bit slow and it wasn't that busy so dread to think what service is like on a busy day. Will definitely go again. Happy days.
