I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this organisation during one of their events. I received an email inviting me to come with my two young children (one around 6 months old and one around 2 years old), so I attended expecting a family-friendly environment. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. As soon as I arrived, two staff members repeatedly told me βYou need to leave the double stroller outsideβ, in a very dismissive and unfriendly tone. I explained that I am a single mother with two very young children and I need the stroller with me β not only to safely manage both kids, but also because all of their essentials (milk, nappies, water, etc.) are inside. There was plenty of space inside and outside β it was a large open area, including a garden space in the back β so there was no real reason to force me to leave the stroller outside. It felt like they simply didnβt care or didnβt want to help. The way they spoke to me made me feel unwelcome and judged, instead of supported. For an event that involves children, food, and family activities, you would expect the staff to show understanding, patience, and basic respect β especially towards a parent handling two small children alone. Sadly, this was not the case. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I hope they improve their attitude and training, especially when dealing with parents who already have a lot to manage on their own.

I love this children centre. The staff are remarquable. My daughter used to go to the terrible twos sessions on Wednesday. Now Messy play on Thursdays. The toys, the garden, the implementation and the staff make it an enjoyable place to go to. Well done Yvonne Carr.

Nice staff, the nurse took all the time to explain everything to me, talk about the development of my child. There is a cafeteria where you can sit and eat your food with high chairs for babies. Did not like having to leave my stroller outside, but understand that is their rules.

Very good setup for childhood BCG vaccinations. Nurses working here are really efficient and very helpful. Room is very well ventilated with large open doors and well controlled social distancing. Couldn't be better really.

Absolutely amazing!! My daughter is 2 and loves it here, made little friends. So much activities to feed their imaginations. Lovely outdoor garden to play in, sing and story time is great. The staff are wonderful. This place is a true gem in the community..better than a private play place I used to take her to and it is all free!!! Thank you for providing a wonderful safe and happy play space for young children to prosper in.
