   This all happened a few years ago and I’ve just had my septum re pierced in the right spot so I had to make this complaint since I’m having a much better experience this time round. I had one of the worst piercing experiences of my life at this studio. I went in to get my septum pierced and trusted the piercer as a professional — and that trust was completely violated. He pierced my septum crooked the first time, and instead of stopping, he decided to re-pierce it immediately. That alone is already inappropriate and extremely uncomfortable for any client — but what made it worse is that the second piercing went through cartilage, which is not the correct placement for a septum and caused significantly more pain. I could feel that something was wrong. I tried to move away mid-procedure because I was clearly in distress, and he told me “no” and continued anyway. Eventually from the pain of healing etc I had to take it out because I was crying over it.

   Me, my wife and several friends have all had ink done here. I first got tattoos and piercings there many years ago but now it's just Mike and Bez, it's improved dramatically. Definitely my go to for any work. Great artists, great taste in music and just decent people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Great work and reasonable prices.
