Jacket I visited the store three times to get my jacket repaired, and each time it was refused with different reasons. On my fourth visit, a staff member on the shop floor again told me the repair service was closed. After checking with reception, I was asked to go downstairs, where they finally accepted the jacket. This experience was extremely frustrating and showed a complete lack of consistency and communication. The customer service was very poor, and the manager’s behaviour was rude and unprofessional. Overall, this was a disappointing experience at The North Face, Oxford Circus.

Bought a jacket today and received help from staff. The highlight of my visit was Yen (not sure if that’s how you spell it) she was at the gift wrapping station and made my experience amazing! Love her positive attitude!

I came to the store around 14:50 today to look for a children’s jacket. The staff on the lower ground floor were either using their phones or busy on personal calls. Even after asking twice, no one offered any support. When I spoke to the store manager at the exit, she dismissed the situation and didn’t even bother to check. I left without receiving any assistance at all. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what I would expect from a brand like The North Face.

My order got delivered to the wrong address and you guys are refusing to provide a replacement or a refund based on “your investigation”. Which investigation? Your delivery partner confirmed to me that following their tracker, the order was left 213FT away from my address and definitely cannot be in my building. Even with this you still refused to deal with the case. That’s unacceptable!! I lost half day of work to be home waiting for a delivery which never came and just lost £180!

This is by far the most complete North Face store I’ve seen in London. The Regent Street location has a huge range of collections — from everyday urban wear to serious outdoor and hiking gear. The layout is spacious and modern, so it’s easy to browse without feeling cramped, and everything is well-organized by category. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help you find the right size or explain the differences between technical jackets and casual ones. Prices are standard for TNF, but the advantage here is the variety: you’ll almost always find the newest releases and full size ranges in stock.

Great customer service. Makes a pleasant change to find such helpful staff. Ordered a jacket on line in the wrong colour but wanted to check the size. Perfect fit, staff helped to order on line and matched website price. Will definitely be back. Makes a pleasant change to find a customer orientated shop.

Awful customer experience, spent over £200 and didn’t get a hello or thank you from the attendant when paying. I assume he was the floor manager, also overhearing him badmouthing the other staff isn’t a good look. Also noticed there was 10% off if you signed up to the NF club but wasn’t even offered this service. I’d expect more from a flagship store!

From the minute you walk in you’re harassed by the floor staff which ok fair enough but it was over the top as any time you touch anything the staff run up to you and ask ‘if you need any help’ which is unnerving when you’re just trying to browse. I Needed a Size XL in a puffer so i tried on a size L on the shop floor and had 3 different staff come up to me at various times whilst i just tried on the 1. It wasn’t so busy so all of the staff were focused on us making us so uncomfortable with each member staring and talking into earpiece’s as we walked around the store. you’re assumed poor like you can’t afford their items just for looking around and trying stuff on which you obviously would do before dropping 300 on a coat☹️ I would encourage this store to employ new more friendly staff as i almost walked out after feeling so intimidated coming into the store with the intention of purchasing.

Great products with an awesome style of decor. Staff was a little less than helpful.
