   I had my daughter’s party here yesterday and I honestly couldn’t be more complimentary of this amazing team. They went above and beyond at every point. We had very specific décor requests, brought our own items, and only had about 15 minutes to get everything set up. They stepped in straightaway, offering help, lending hands, and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was exceptional, truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The kids had a brilliant time with plenty of space to play and engage, while the adults could relax comfortably on the side. It was a wonderful event, supported by a fantastic group of people. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

   We have my sons birthday party here each year because he LOVES it, its the best frame we have seen in the area and the staff are UNBELIEVABLY kind and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the team!

   Went to Kubz Klub for a birthday party- it is huge, very spacious, with abundant tables to sit on and enjoy coffee/snacks. The staff is polite and energetic. The soft play design offers easy visibility- so you can always supervise your little ones. There are vending kiosks for soft drinks, and a couple of kids games charging a pound each. Also go-kart for a pound. The toilets were neat and clean. You can park your car in the Sainsbury’s car park next door (one minute’s walk), and pay via PaybyPhone. Overall, a lovely experience.

   I'm incredibly impressed with the party Kubz Klub hosted for my 6 year old. The play equipment itself is large and varied and the children never got bored. The play session was around 1 hour 20 minutes which is really good compared to other options. The party room itself was clean and decorated really nicely which was a good god-send considering I had forgotten things in the stress before the party. They even had balloons! The food and drink was really good and there was plenty of food for all. The only thing I would suggest for the venue is to have more drinks bottles available for parties. We only had 3 for 20 kids and whilst we got more when we asked, I think more needed to be out at the beginning. Finally, the staff are simply amazing. Always positive, always willing to help and regularly checked in with us. They were so warm and made the experience ten times better. I will definitely be returning!

   Great place for the kids to let off steam. We came on a rainy Saturday, it was packed, but lots of fun for the children. They have a little coffee shop that keeps the parents topped up with caffeine and soft drinks for the children. It's nice to have these independent places. Keep up the good work!

   Really cant understand the bad reviews! We had my daughters 4th Birthday party here on exclusive VIP package back in august and have since been several times since. Its a lovely soft play and the staff are very helpful. The build up to my daughters party was great, I explained to them what I wanted and it got done. They helped me set up before guests arrived and continuously helped throughout the party to make sure everything was done when it should be. We visit here regularly and never ever have any issues. The kids love it. I love it that if they don't need me to go in with them that I can see them from all angles. Its big enough with plenty to do (the cars are a great hit) but not too big where you cant see them! Lovely local soft play and really reasonably priced! Ignore the bad reviews, I cannot understand them atal!!! Good work always girls x

   We had 2 hour exclusive hire of the venue for our daughter's 1st birthday celebrations this past weekend. Alexis and the team couldn't have done more to make her day an absolute success. Staff were so friendly and attentive and ensured the children enjoyed themselves. Venue was very clean, despite having had several birthday hires before ours. Children loved the hot and cold food selection and of course the ice cream for dessert! Great way to celebrate our little girl, we'll definitely be back. Thanks so much!

   I would not recommend this place for parties. The customer service is awful. Waiting time is terrible. We were at a birthday party and were constantly interrupted; you could hardly enjoy the party as they would keep coming in, clearing the tables without even asking if we were finished eating. Despite food being on the table, it was picked up and chucked in the bin. Staff would roll their eyes when we asked them not to clear the table. Food hygiene is poor a lot of cross-contamination. The manager attempted to chuck different types of food on one plate using her bare hands and no gloves whilst holding a bin bag. We had to ask her to stop. The manager and staff lack empathy and are very robotic. This is a money-making business that does not care about customers. The soft play area is lovely. I would avoid booking for a party. Very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend this place to any child and their families.

   Best soft play we have been to by a mile. My son has autism and finding somewhere he feels comfortable is difficult. All the ladies who work there were so incredibly kind to my little boy, went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and to make the space as welcoming as possible. Watching him enjoy himself is priceless, thank you so much to all the staff :)
