   The people who work there shouldn't be there! I definitely won't be going back. They're not nice or helpful. I don't recommend them.

   My son had an exciting day filled with fun activities! The trampolining was a highlight—great for kids and fantastic value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. My only downside was the food options; a bit more variety would be awesome. Overall, my son will definitely be back in a few months!

   Booked gravity climb for my child's birthday at Bluewater. It's not a cheap birthday if you want the party package you need a minimum of 10 but it was my daughter's request! Instructions were clear from booking to the day of the event. The only thing I didn't realise is that you register at gravity jump before being walked over. So go there first. The great thing is we could already leave cake and party bags in the party room. Once we arrived at gravity jump, the kids watched a safety video before being harnessed. I and the party hosts stayed with the kids. This gave me the chance to take photos for other parents who weren't there but also get the instructors to help the kids if they missed their hands being up. They keep to time i.e 30 minutes so you and your guests shouldn't be late. Our party didn't fill the venue so there were a few additional children and their parents who booked that time slot We did the pizza hut menu. I had provided a list with every child's order so the boxes were labelled accordingly which made it easy to distribute. The food was slightly delayed but the host made up for this by letting the kids do the trampolining while they waited. So I got 2 events in. All the kids had a good time. Everyone generally gave everything a go. Some climbs were a bit trickier and others a bit easier. Worth asking your party ahead of time whether this is for them so they can enjoy the event. I think for younger kids the food portions are fine, but I would say if you had boys especially 10 and over, they would probably need just a little more so think of this. Our host was lovely, my daughter was well pleased. I got a few moments of peace so win win all round. I would definitely recommend but as I said it isn't the cheapest of parties.

   A decent place to bring your kids for a fun. We used the toddler section which was good fun for her. The service is terrible here however. Staff are not interested and they don't really enforce any of the rules started around the place.

   Great place. You can’t use the rechargeable player card. There slushy machines are refillable. Which is useful for when kids get thirsty after climbing/jumping

   Gavity now has clip and climb at Bluewater. Great place for kids to climb. Kids enjoyed it so much. Please book your slots or combine it with trampoline park. Definitely recommend kids and even adults.

   My daughter is absolutely obsessed with gravity rocks. There is a lovely team there especially Thomas and Jess who always go out of their way to make sure that the children are safe and enjoying themselves. Well done and look forward to seeing you all again soon ;)

   Took a trip down today for the new climbing walls (located at the lower Thames walk/car park near Cafe Rouge) The kids had a great time, I'm gutted I didn't have a go myself! Thomas and Abi were very knowledgeable and helpful so thank you both :) Kids can't wait to go back!

   Great place to take the kids to blow off some steam! The toddler sessions are great and very reasonably priced. The refillable slushy station is also brilliant! It’s a little over priced in my opinion for the older children but it’s great fun!
