   I was here with my kids today and they had a lovely time. Was really impressed with the service and cleanliness. Was an absolute delight. Food was good too teas coffees and.light snacks. Will surely recommend this place to all parents with kids and bit of soft play time.

   We hired the venue for two hours for our son's first birthday. The experience at A's Nursery & Soft Play Centre was superb. All the children had fun playing and the adults enjoyed the coffee and refreshments. The venue was very clean. The staff member on shift, Anna, was exceptional - very attentive and easy to communicate with. All in all, a fantastic day out for all.

   Our family of two children and two adults attended today for a play session. The customer service was not good. The lady on the front desk looked beyond fed up and her tone of voice rather unwelcoming as if she wanted to be anywhere else but at work. The session we were informed was only 1 hour long and the cost for the four of us was £28 which I thought was very steep considering it was only a one hour session. The play centre was not overly busy considering it is the half term holiday. My sons aged 5 and 3 enjoyed themselves tremendously and made full use of all the play equipment. The toilets were clean and had plentiful supply of loo paper and Hand-wash.

   We had an exclusive hire of a's soft play for my 2 year old's birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The wildlife theme was amazing, with realistic and colourful decorations that made us feel like we were in a jungle. The staff were very supportive and friendly, helping us with the setup and the cleaning. The play area was very clean and safe, with plenty of toys and activities for the kids to enjoy. My little one had a blast and so did all the guests. I would highly recommend a's soft play for anyone looking for a fun and hassle-free birthday party venue. Thank you a's soft play for making our day special!

   Always very clean and well managed. Other places are cheaper but they are often overcrowded. Go here if you want a pleasant soft play experience with an OK cup of coffee. Oh, and the staff gave my daughter a balloon of the colour of her choosing so extra points for that!

   We celebrated my son’s 5th birthday here for his school friends. Hired the entire place for 2 hours. We went there an hour before the party and the whole setup for Superhero theme was ready. The staff was so helpful and quick that we were just amazed with the service. The softplay area is big enough to accommodate 25 kids at one time. There is ample sitting space for the adults. We kept the hot drinks tab open, so the parents enjoy while their kids play. I’m not posting photos of the softplay area as it got kids in it. But be assured that the kids will have a blast here. After one hour of play, we all walked inside to the party hall which is good size where cake cutting took place and pizza was served. Overall a must visit place and recommended for kids parties.

   A lovely SMALL soft play area, clean friendly staff. You can park across the Rd in alidi car park for 2 hours. Down side not suitable for children over 6 max. No consession for parents it cost us £24 for 45 min (£6 each 1 year old, 4 year old plus mum and dad). When we got there at about 10.15 were told we had to leave at 11 due to a party but still had to pay for the hour. On the positive the kids loved it which matters the most.

   Our daughter and all her friends had a really wonderful 4th birthday with A's yesterday, thanks largely to the hard work and thoughtful attention of Anastasia and her colleague on the day. It was perfect. Thanks also to Andy for being so helpful in the lead up to the day. A super star children's party team!

   We had a great time celebrating my son's first birthday here, the staff make things so much easier by setting up the back area for children to eat with the décor too. The soft play itself is a good size with more than enough to keep little ones entertained and the fact there was a Costa inside too meant that the caffeine hunters were able to get their fix too. I can't recommend A's enough and their help prior to the birthday such as allowing us to drop non perishable items like crisps and drinks a few days earlier to make the day of the party run much smoother.
