Took two three year olds and a 9 month old on Tuesday - it was brilliant super clean just the right size and staff were lovely couldn’t fault it
Fantastic from start to finish today. Booked our sons birthday party here. Staff were excellent. Everyone had a great time and were all looked after. Facilities were great. Will definitely recommend. 5 stars.
I had a terrible experience here as the manager was unkind and brash in her explaining that a full Kiddiewinks stamp card doesn’t work if you bring more than one child. That is not explained at all on the website nor on the physical Kiddiewinks stamp card. A full Kiddiewinks stamp card says explicitly on the physical card “visit us 6 times and the 7th visit FREE”…but upon asking to use the 7th free visit, the rule was verbally changed by the manager and only works if you bring one child? I will not be coming back here again as I felt disrespected and belittled and felt cheated. £18 for two children who are under 3 years old. Also they have a clear policy on not bringing any outside food posted on all their walls but I found that there were customers eating their own food from home and the manager didn’t say anything. In response to your reply as there is no button to reply back: This policy you stated here is not stated at all on your loyalty cards nor on your website so there is no way for your customers to know this information unless being verbally told or reading this review. As a kind suggestion perhaps make this policy transparent (written) on your loyalty card and website for your customers.
Google Review: ⭐️⭐️ A couple of years ago, I had my daughter's birthday party at Kiddiewinks and it was a fantastic experience. Based on that, I recommended the venue for a friend’s birthday party for my daughter’s friend. Unfortunately, our recent visit was a disappointment. There were three staff members present, but only one senior staff member was very nice and attentive. The rest seemed overwhelmed and only approached us when our one-year-old son was told to move from the non-walking baby area. This felt unnecessary, especially since the venue was booked privately for the party. He was the youngest child there, and I believed that was the safest area for him to play, especially since the other kids were all around four to four-and-a-half years old. The young lady who approached us seemed quite offended that I wanted to keep my son in that area. Additionally, when there was a spillage of drinks, I was handed a paper towel to clean it up myself instead of receiving assistance. The food service was also lacking; there was minimal support for the guests, and it felt rushed. It was clear that the venue has changed, as they no longer provide balloons for the kids on the way out and it felt like they were just trying to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. We were planning to book the same soft play for our daughter's fifth birthday party, but now we’re not sure anymore. It seems like the place just doesn’t care anymore, and it’s disappointing to see such a decline in service. Overall, this experience was a stark contrast to our previous visit. I hope this feedback helps the venue improve its services, as I would love to see it return to the high standard we once enjoyed.

I recently hosted a birthday party for my son at this fantastic playroom. The space was absolutely lovely - it was clean, cozy, and welcoming, with vibrant colors and a playful atmosphere. We reserved a room for two hours, and it was the perfect amount of time for the kids to run around, play, and have a great time. The staff were amazing - they were so helpful and accommodating, and they made the party planning process stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this playroom for anyone looking for a fun and stress-free party experience. The staff were fantastic, the food was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for kids to let loose and have fun. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I had my little girls first birthday party here on the 1st December and I cannot recommend this soft play enough. The team were absolutely fantastic and took care of everything. Everything was very clean and presentable and most importantly hassle free for me! I’ll definitely be booking in the future. Thanks again lovely lovely ladies.
The actual soft play is nice and my 3 year old enjoyed his time, however, they charge £8 for any child that enters the premises no matter what their age is. I do not feel it appropriate to charge my baby the same price as my 3 y/o when they sat in their pram and didn’t use any of the soft play, as at 5 months old she can not sit on her own let alone use a trampoline, slide or anything than look at some lights in the under 3 section. I have informed the venue of my disappointment and understand that they have to know how many children are in the establishment for insurance purposes, but a reduced price for a baby (or no charge for under 1’s which every other soft play seems to apply) would be much more acceptable.
We took my two year old granddaughter to Kiddiewinks soft play today and had such a lovely relaxing time!!! My granddaughter made friends with a lovely little girl and played whilst we enjoyed the best lunch I’ve had in a while. Really good value for money, lovely staff and a great safe environment for children. Will definitely be visiting again, if only for the lunch!!!
I had a party for a 3 year old and it was amazing. The staff were so helpful, they could not do enough for you and made the experience stress free for me. The venue is very clean, making sure it was cleaned before we got there and after we left. The children loved the softplay and gave a great choice for a range of ages. The food choice for the party was also great. Would most certainly have another party here.
