   Ok when the alleys work. I take a group with learning disabilities there every week and there is usually an issue with the lane not working. Minimal staff there to help too. This week the bumpers would not come up so we got a refund. Really not good enough!

   Bowling was good, lots of lanes and decent system with automatic bumpers for kids and pin reset. Had to go and query at desk as our second game didn't automatically start. Need a little bit of tlc on the decor but not bad. Noted the bumpers on adjacent lane looked like they were missing some parts and would soon break. The arcade was a bit annoying as at least 3 machines out of action and had issues with another 2 that we had to seek support for. When seeking support some of the staff just seemed so unmotivated. Not sure whats going on there but many of the staff seemed not too happy to be there. Wonder if they get lots of grief. Bit weird on way in as says no social media but then you need to sign in through fb or something to use wifi. Been there twice in 2 years and will try somewhere else before going back again... may be back but if we do seriously hope for some improvement. Also bought a milkshake, which said from £4.99 on menu plus £0.40 for cream but ended up as approx £7 with cream because of choice I assume but that was not communicated when selecting at counter.. not a biggie. Overall 2.5 but giving a 3 as we were there primarily for bowling which worked.

   Booked for birthday party for my child. The party booking was awful. No music in separated bowling alley,horrible birthday room which needs painting. Bare minimum service. Food was ok. I would not recommend this place for birthday parties. Kid’s space is so much more fun, excellent service and value for money! My child was given 2vouchers to use which went over by one day and the manager refused to let us use them. Poor customer service. I won’t be going there again.

   There was enough space for bowling, arcade games, and other activities. However, the pins or cones for a few lanes, especially lanes 26 and 27, kept falling down without the ball being thrown at them. One of the staff members, who wore glasses, was unprofessional. Though there was ramp at the extreme but I suggested implementing more movable ramps for easy accessibility for people with disabilities, but she took it negatively. I think the bowling equipments need servicing and maintenance. Will rate the place 2 stars.

   Good size bowling area with table service thought music was too loud maybe have few minutes of relaxing tune especially for people of older age plus family. There also arcades, restaurant and bar.

   Really good bowling facilities. They have good covid measures in place. The bowling area is nice and clean and the food is not too dear. Great secluded location. Updated review. Booked a big birthday party pack for my son (group of 10 kids). We had a great experience - a host was assigned to us and she was amazing - looked after us for the whole duration. Good value for money - highly recommended.

   Although this place is close to where I live buy I didn't even know it existed for a long time. I wasn't expecting much when I visited cause it's not actually located in a place where it can be seen. It's actually hidden away underground. So I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and it was buzzing with people. We had problems with our monitor a couple of times and the pins would not rearrange a couple of times as well which was annoying but other than that, we enjoyed our game. There's free parking on site. Great place for a family or friends fun day out.

   Great value bowling alley. Plenty of lanes, a nice little bar, enough machines, pool and air hockey tables to keep play if you're not bowling. And in these financially difficult times I was very pleased that everything was very reasonably priced. Overall well worth a visit. There is an American style diner there too... but I can't comment on the quality or price of the food as I haven't eaten there.
