   Terrible customer service. A female staff at the front counter had zero consideration for customer service. She just said no to everything. We werent asked if we wanted a receipt and when I requested one I was told. Once it's done we can't give it. Even though I know that the style of till gi is one. This female who has short blonde hair and is short her self juat kept saying No. No. No. But didnt explain why was saying no. She didnt let us what the menu was as some children had allergies and wouldn't let us make a picture of the menu until we paid. We needed to plan for allergies. We had 5 children and we were told that all 5 parents had to stay. We said that 4 parents will stay and she said no. But then couldnt explain why every single parent couldnt stay. She mentioned that if we had a party booking then we can leave the children. I asked if they would have 5 adults supervising over the 5 children and she said. We have policies. But didnt answer the question and didnt explain why. The canteen staff we were considerate and helpful.

   A very good play centre BUT this place needs a proper proper clean. The amount of dust there, I cannot imagine how the staff there do not notice and report this. This place needs to shut down for a few days and do a proper clean. The owner of this this place needs to visit and make sure this is cleaned regularly, please check the back of the play area, on top of the play area, the air con unit, the speakers, the nets, all filled with a lot of dust. Very unhappy. Also noticed one of the staff walking inside all of the play area wearing their shoes, when it's clearly written socks only. Kids play here

   I can’t even begin to say how amazing Kidzone is! We exclusively hired the soft play for my daughter’s birthday party and it was brilliant, well worth the money!! Ophelia had the most amazing time, the staff are lovely and so helpful! The gift bags were great, all the children were so excited! Food was fab, hot meal, ice cream and unlimited squash! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back for another party in the future! Thank you so much xx

   My daughter had her 5th birthday there today with lots of school friends. The food was very good and the party room was really lovely. However there were a few issues firstly we were told to arrive no earlier than 15 mins to set ourselves up for the party so when we got there (15 mins before start time) it was very much a rush to set up before guests started to arrive. The next issue we came across was seating for the parents attending, there was no tables and chairs set up for the parents to sit at bare in mind we had pre ordered hot and cold food for the adults so table space and seating was necessary really. We had to arrange this ourselves. Another issue with seating was that the venue seemed very over booked with regular paying guests which took up all the seating so tables that were supposed to be for our guests were covered in rubbish and dirty plates which I had to clean myself. As for the “host” which was specifically for our party seemed very doom and gloom and wasn’t around at all was only there at the beginning and to deliver food so I wouldn’t really call it “hosting” at all. Was told on numerous occasions that staff were on their breaks hense doing most of the sorting myself. Lastly it was a very long wait for the adult food I pre ordered in my opinion for a party that started at 1.30 it should of been out ready and hot food by 1.45 without me having to ask 3 times because the first two times the lady I asked forgot to go and check??? Not sure what I was expecting but I definitely think a bit more communication and organisation is needed. You had no other parties that day so a bit more preparation and effort would have been nice. Also no air con as stated? Very hot in the room and disco light was so small there wasn’t much point having it on. I’m very glad my daughter had the best time that’s most important. Just a bit annoying for me having to pay £300 (not including deposit) with all these issues. Maybe these can be resolved for future parties

   I’ve been coming here for the last 16 years with all of my children. It has definitely got better over the years. The new under 3 area is fantastic, it’s very sensory with some great light features. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. It is only suited for under 10’s, however they do have a SEN session for 12 and under on a Saturday. It’s great for birthday parties too and the birthday hosts are great fun.

   This is a nice large indoor soft play and not too bad price for the 2 hours you get. However, the toilets are not checked on regularly. There's no real parking, and when it's busy, it's a nightmare trying to find somewhere to park. Finally, some of the staff members do come across as rude and unhelpful.

   It was not the worst experience overall but won’t be back. Hygiene was not the best and we did not even visit the toilet (lucky! because I can imagine how it would have been). Tables were dirty, wet and sticky and I was scared to sit down to any of them. Furnishings were dirty and torn. Seems like someone just put the whole place together using old equipments to make quick money with no valuable investment. Sorry but it’s a 3 star for me!

   Great place for kids to run wild and wear themselves out. Very noisy and quite cold if you're sitting still watching. Staff do not supervise the kids so older kids were running about in the baby area which I thought was wrong.

3. Rheas “Yummy Mummy” Mummy ★★★★★

   You need to phone and pre-book how many of you are going!! You pay when you arrive. Our session was 2hours. Food was nice and children's meals were reasonably priced. Also a nice size if you're an adult that needs to accompany your child on the apparatus.
