   It was my first visit to cloud 9 but my son has been quite a lot with a carer. My rating for the venue is 5 out of 5. We received a warm and Friendly greeting on arrival from ( I believe) the deputy manager . Booking in was easy and we were directed to the safety briefing room. The same guy did the safety briefing and he was clear and very informative. We then went into the play area which was bright and clean and what really impressed me was members of staff on each piece of equipment to ensure the safety of participants. I spoke to several of these staff members and they were all friendly. When the session ended we popped upstairs and the bar area looked really good although we had to leave without using. Next time we go I will use! Did use the toilets which were clean and tidy. Left the venue feeling really happy.

   I went to the upstairs bar for a live band. The setup was OK. The bar didn't have pumps for the soft drinks, so it was over £3 for a plastic cup of warm coke. I was getting annoyed with the security guards who, for some reason, was stopping people from getting too close to the stage which they only did on occasion when they felt like it. If they dont want people too close to the stage, then put a guard rail/ barrier up ?? Then, the 2 guards decided to stand right in front of the small stage with their arms folded, blocking the view of the band. So that put a dampener on the night but hey maybe next time will be better!

   What venue, great fun for the kids, amazing food and what a team. Bar manager Robyn is an absolute delight who goes over and above! All the staff are so attentive with the kids too, my kids never want to leave. It's also great as a venue for hire!

   This is an alright choice for a rainy day. It's a very simple place, but little people enjoy running around like loons, so it keeps them entertained and out of the weather. There are plenty of staff about making sure the kids are okay. Refreshment shack upstairs with a few viewing windows overlooking the inflatable area. There is a water dispenser in the inflatable area, which is a simple touch but clearly appreciated by the sweaty children. My two points for improvement would be more seating in the inflatable room. Longer session for the price as an hour to a child literally disappears. 1.5hrs would be more a fairer length of time with the option to extend if desired.

   I was here with my daughter on Thursday afternoon, apart from us, there was only one other family, so we had the whole space to ourselves. Very nice place to spend time with children. Various inflatable games, the child can have a lot of fun. Friendly staff, there is water available that you can pour yourself into cups. Non-slip socks can be purchased on site. I think this place is more suitable for kids 5/6+, my daughter is 4 and had a great time, but not on all games. She liked the bouncy football pitch and the race the most. The whole place is very clean, free lockers, there is a huge free parking outside.

   I went there today with my kids and their friend, the staff in the actual play area are excellent and the kids loved it. However front of house people at reception when you check in are absolutely miserable, not even one smile the whole time we was there. It's really not the attitude you want, after all, you're paying your hard earned money to enjoy your visit. I ordered them a kids menu afterwards which was enjoyed, the barmaid and the lovely waiter's customer service skills were excellent. I would have spent more on food & drinks but this place do not accept cash! I will not be returning, I'd rather go and spend my money somewhere where you are greeted properly and welcomed, done deal with soulless unwelcoming humans!

   Lovely place. We visited for the school kids party and it was so lovely. The kids had awesome time. So much to do, it's super fun. The best part is you can join the kids too. Double fun. We would love to revisit.

   I came here a few weeks ago with all three of my children for an after-school activity,. The eldest be in six and the youngest nine months. It was excellent. I was able to wander around with my baby in the sling. The staff were so interactive, caring and helpful with my children and insured they had a great time. They had at least one member of staff on each obstacle and they were always keeping an eye out. Very impressed! We can’t wait to go back.

   Really chilled place, the kids get an hour, there's a limited number of people inside, so not overcrowded at all. Parents have to stay with younger kids, so a very nice calm atmosphere. Particularly for me with older kids sitting in the cafe! We will be coming back!
